Eddie Steeples is an American actor, producer, screenwriter and director.

Eddie Steeples began his acting career when he joined the experimental film group Mo-Freek, and No Surrender, a hip hop group. Among its productions are Lost in the Bush, Caravan Summer, and People are Dead.

He also appeared in the short film Whoa, and guest-starred on The Chris Rock Show.

He was known for his appearance in a series of commercials for OfficeMax. He has also appeared in the feature film Torque, which starred Ice Cube, Faizon Love, and Jaime Pressly.

In 2006, Steeples appeared in the film Akeelah and the Bee. He also had a role on the NBC comedy series My Name is Earl.

Eddie Steeples was born on November 25, 1973 in Spring, Texas, USA. He studied at Klein Oak High School in 1992, then moved to Santa Cruz, where he took acting classes at a community college.
