Victor Valdes is a Spanish professional footballer who currently plays in the La Liga for the FC Barcelona as the team's goalkeeper. In 2012, Valdes received an annual salary of $8 million. Today, he is considered one of the best goalkeepers in FC Barcelona's history. He was also a part of the Spanish football team which participated in the 2010 FIFA World Cup, as well as in the 2012 UEFA European Football Championship.

Víctor Valdés i Arribas was born on January 14, 1982 in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Spain. For quite a long time now, Valdes has been in a relationship with Yolanda Cardona with whom he has three children named Vera, Kai and Dylan.
