Ecuadorian footballer, Antonio Valencia has a net worth of $8 million. He currently plays as a winger for Manchester United and the Ecuadorian national team. The Ecuadorian-born winger turn down the chance to play for Real Madrid in 2009 when he moved to Manchester United from Wigan for about £16 million. He had an immediate impact at Old Trafford and at the end of the 2009-10 season was included in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year. He originally went to Wigan on a loan from Villarreal but made such an impact that the Latics signed him for £5 million and paid him a £1 million-a-year contract. United paid Wigan £16 million for his services and paid him £75,000 a week as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, who was sold to Real Madrid. Valencia, 25, broke his ankle in a Champions League tie against Rangers in 2010, but he has returned better than ever and was awarded a new contract that keeps him at Old Trafford until 2015.
