Troy Aikman is former American football player which has an estimated net worth of $25 million.
Troy Aikman began his career when he joined the Oklahoma Sooners in 1984. Then, he transferred to UCLA Bruins from 1986 to 1989. During the first season for the team, he was redshirted, but he led the Bruins to a 20-4 record over the course of two seasons. He earned his Pac-10 Offensive Player of the Year and won the 1988 Davey O'Brien Award.
He landed a slot for the Dallas Cowboys when he was number one overall pick during the 1989 NFL Draft. As he led the team to winning three Super Bowl in 1993, 1994 and 1996. He stayed with the Cowboys until 2000, when Aikman announced his retirement on April 9, 2000.
During his stint with the Cowboys, he was named six-time Pro Bowl. He was also recognized as Walter Payton Man of the Year in 1996 and Super Bowl MVP in 1993.
After retirement, he became the FOX' NFC color commentator for one season. Then, Aikman was named as lead programming crew. He also has a radio talk show at Sporting News Radio. He received Dallas Cowboys Ring of Honor in 2005, Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2006, College Football Hall of Fame in 2008 and NCAA Silver Anniversary Award in 2014.
Troy Kenneth Aikman was born on November 21, 1966, in West Covina, California. He has two children from his former wife, The Real Housewives of Dallas' cast member Rhonda Worthey.
