Tony Gonzalez is a retired American football player which has an estimated net worth of $30 million.
Tony Gonzalez was a letterman for the Huntington Beach High School. He was selected first-team All-American for tight end and linebacker. Aside from being a footballer, he also played for basketball and baseball.
In college, he went to play for the University of California-Berkeley's Golden Bears as he played tight end for the team. He was an All-Pac 10 and All-America selection.
He was chosen by the Kansas City Chiefs in 1997 NFL Draft, but he was traded to Atlanta Falcons in 2010. After signing up a contract with the Falcons on March 15, 2013, he didn't return to play for the 2014 season.
During his career as football player, he was the Pro Bowl all-time receptions leader, two-time NFL Alumni Tight End of the Year in 2000 and 2003, and also ten-times All-Pro.
Anthony David Gonzalez was born on February 27, 1976 in Torrance, California. He is married to October and has three children.
He joined the business world when he co-founded Extreme Clean 88 and All-Pro Science. Gonzalez co-authored a book called, The All-Pro Diet with Chiefs' former nutrionist Mitzi Dulan. He is the newest on-air commentor for The NFL Today which he replaced Shannon Sharpe and Dan Marino on February 18, 2014.
