Tom Condon is an American football agent and he has an estimated net worth of $20 million. Born Thomas Joseph Condon on October 26, 1952 in Derby, Connecticut, he attended Boston College in 1974 and was inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall of Fame ten years after.

Tom Condon joined the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football Leagues (NFL) as an offensive linesman from 1974 until 1984. Starting in 1985, he played for the New England Patriots. While being an NFL player, Condon obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore during off-seasons. He also represented his teammates while still playing in the NFL.

From 1984 to 1986, Tom Condon served as the president of the NFLPA (National Football League Players Association). He was inducted to the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall of Fame in 1984.

Cordon heads the Football Division of Creative Artists Agency (CAA) with fellow agent Ben Dogra. He has established himself among the best in athlete representation and boasts a client roster (mostly quarterbacks) that includes Zack Martin, Sam Bradford, Drew Brees, Matthew Stafford, Matt Ryan, Alex Smith,  and brothers Peyton Manning and Eli Manning. In 2006, he was named by the Sporting News 2006 as the most powerful agent in the US Football.
