Born as Terrell Eldorado Owens on December 7, 1973 in Alexander City, Alabama, Terrell Owens attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he played college basketball and football. In 1996, he debuted into the NFL when he was selected as a third round pick by the San Francisco 49ers in the 1996 NFL Draft. After a dispute with a fellow 49ers member, Owens was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles. Two years later, he was released by the franchise but was signed by the Dallas Cowboys. Subsequently, he was released by the team which led him to play for Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills. Just recently, he played for Indoor Football League with the Allen Wranglers but was also released in 2012.
