Nicknamed Stink, Mark Schlereth is a former professional football player and current television sportscaster. He has an estimated net worth of $6 million. Born Mark Frederick Schlereth on January 25, 1966 in Anchorage, Alaska, he graduated from Robert Service High School in 1984. He did not receive much attention as a college football prospect. The University of Idaho offered him a scholarship and he quickly proved himself worthy of notice. He was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the tenth round of the 1989 NFL Draft and played successfully for the team until 1994.

Schlereth then played for the Denver Broncos until 2000. He was a member of three Super Bowl championship teams, one with the Redskins and two with the Broncos. He was selected to the Pro Bowl for his performance in the 1991 and 1998 seasons. Before he ended his career, he had 29 surgeries. Twenty were performed in his knees, 15 in the left and 5 in the right.

In 2000, Mark Schlereth left football and worked as a sports analyst on the radio, 760 The Zone. He began working for ESPN in 2004. He currently works as an analyst or host for NFL Live, Sportscenter, and a number of other NFL programs. He also has a recurring role as Detective Roc Hoover on the soap opera The Guiding Light. He appeared on the Discovery Channel show American Guns in 2012.
