Jonathan Vilma is an American football player who has an estimated net worth of $21 million.

Jonathan Vilma received an athletic scholarship from the University of Miami and joined university's football team, the Miami Hurricanes. He was three-time Academic All-Big East Conference and led the team with 127 tackles, one fumble and one sack.

Vilma was selected by the New York Jets during the 2004 NFL Draft. While with the team, he was named as the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year, but in 2007 he was placed in the injured reserve due to a knee injury.

He was traded to the New Orleans Saints on February 29, 2008. Vilma led the team in winning the Super Bowl XLIV title against Indianapolis Colts. In 2012, the "Bounty scandal" surfaced, and he was given a suspension during the entire season. He became unrestricted free agent in 2014 and was a guest analyst for the Bleacher Report.

Jonathan Polynice Vilma was born on April 16, 1982 in Coral Gables, Florida. He was the spokesman for Under Armour, and WaterBank of America USA. He completed his degree in finance at University of Miami's School of Business Administration.
