About Dulymus Jenod McAllister

Deuce McAllister is a former professional football player who has an estimated net worth of $50 thousand. Born Dulymus Jenod McAllister on December 27, 1978 in Ludlow, Mississippi, he played for Ole Miss Rebels, the college football team of the University of Mississippi. While playing for the team, he had a record-breaking career as the only player to achieve a record of at least 1,000 all-purpose yards in three seasons.

McAllister was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the first round (23rd overall) of the 2001 NFL Draft. In 2009, he was released by the Saints due to salary cap issues but in January 2010, he was re-signed by the team as the honorary captain. Not more than a week later, he formally announced his plans of retiring from the National Football League (NFL).

During his professional career, Deuce McAllister made it to two Pro Bowls and won Super Bowl XLIV in 2009. He also holds the all-time New Orleans Saints record for most career rushing yards (6,096) and held the record for most touchdowns (55) until he was surpassed by Marques Colston (72).

McAllister ran a car dealership business in Mississippi, Deuce McAllister Nissan, which later filed for bankruptcy. He also runs the Catch 22 Foundation, an organization that aims to extend help to underprivileged adolescents and youth residing in Gulf South Region. He currently serves as the color commentator for the Saints on radio flagship WWL (AM) after he took over the job from from Hokie Gajan in June 2016. He is also an athletic consultant for St. Martin's Episcopal School.
