Cameron Wake is an American professional football player with an estimated net worth of $21 million.

Cameron Wake made it to the DeMatha High School football varsity team during his junior year. He was named as Washington Post Defensive Player of the Year in 1999. In college, he received an athletic scholarship from Pennsylvania State University.

While with the Penn State Nittany Lions football team, he played as a linebacker and finished 191 total tackles, 24 tackles for a loss, and 8.5 quarterback sacks. Wake worked out for the team's Pro Day before he entered the 2005 NFL Draft. Though undrafted, he joined the New York Giants in April 2005 but released two months later.

Wake signed a contract as a free agent with the Canadian Football League's BC Lions in 2007. He switched from a linebacker to defensive end. Also, he hailed as Rookie of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year in 2007.

After his stint with the Lions, he got interested in joining the NFL teams and sealed a deal with Miami Dolphins in 2009. Wake was named to the AFC Pro Bowl team in 2010, 2011 , 2013 and 2014. He earned First-team All-Pro in 2012 and a two-time Second-team All-Pro. In 2012, he was hailed as Miami Dolphins MVP and received the Don Shula Memorial Award two years later.
