Frank Saul is a retired American basketball player.

Frank Saul started his career when he was drafted by Rochester Royals in 1949. During his stint with the Royals, the team won the NBA championship. He stayed with the team for three years.

Then, he transferred to Baltimore Bullets in 1951 and stayed for a year. Saul was traded to Minneapolis Lakers. The team also won the NBA championship for three consecutive years from 1952 up to 1954. During his career, he was known as Pep Saul.

Frank Benjamin Saul was born on February 16, 1924.  He graduated from Seton Hall University.
