Evan Turner is an American professional basketball player with an estimated net worth of $20 million.

Evan Turner started playing basketball while studying at Gwendolyn Brooks Middle School. He played for St. Joseph High School and was named to the first team Associated Press Class AA all-state team in 2006-2007.

He joined Ohio State Buckeyes men's basketball team. Turner was hailed as the Big Ten Tournament MVP, and Big Ten Player of the Year in 2010. He decided to forgo his final season of college eligibility and entered the NBA Draft, instead.

Turner was selected as the first round, 2nd overall pic by the Philadelphia 76ers during the 2010 NBA Draft. After four seasons with the team, he was traded to Indiana Pacers and few months later as an unrestrict fee agent for Boston Celtics.
