American professional basketball player David Lee has an estimated net worth of $61.3 million.

David Lee started his career with the Charminade College Preparatory School located in St. Louis, Missouri. He was named to the McDonald's All-American, and won the slam dunk competition in 2001.

In college, Lee received an athletic scholarship at the University of Florida. While with the university's team, he was named to the All-Southeastern Conference freshman team and led the Gators to win the 2005 SEC Men's Basketball Tournament championship.

Lee was chosen  as the 30th overall pick by the New York Knicks during the NBA Draft 2005. He was hailed as NBA All-Star rookie game's MVP in 2007. After the 2010 off season, he moved to Golden State Warriors.
