J.J. Yeley is a professional race car driver currently competing in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series for Tommy Baldwin Racing's No. 36 Chevrolet.

Originating from Phoenix, Arizona, J.J. Yeley was born as Christopher Beltram Hernandez "J. J." Yeley  on October 5, 1976.  J.J. stands for Jimmy/Jack, the names of his father and a family friend.

In 2001 and 2002, Yeley was named USAC Sprint champion, and in 2002 &2003, he was hailed as the USAC Silver Crown champion. In 2003, he became the  USAC "Triple Crown" winner, as well as the 2003 USAC Midget champion. In 1997, he was also named the USAC Sprint Rookie of the Year.

As of October 6, 2013, J.J. has participated in 196 races over a nine-year career in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. He has also competed in 155 races over his eight-year career in the NASCAR Nationwide Series career. Lastly, he spent five years in NASCAR Camping World Truck Series competing in 17 races.
