Francisco Santos Mir is an American-Cuban mixed martial artist as well as a former UFC heavyweight champion. He is better known as Frank Mir. He is extremely popular among those who follow the sport because, currently, Mir holds the record for most fights, victories, and submissions in UFC Heavyweight history. He is also tied for 4th most UFC victories overall. Frank has a net worth of $9 million.

Mir was born on May 24, 1979 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He holds a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu and Kenpo Karate. He has been the UFC Heavyweight Champion twice. Frank Mir is the only man who won a “bout by toe hold” in the history of UFC.

Frank’s wealth comes from martial arts, and from his performance in various competitions. He has been ranked 7th in the heavy weight category worldwide. This shows just how successful he has been. He made his Mixed Martial Arts debut in 2001 against Jerome Smith. Mir got the “Tap Out of the Night” award after defeating Roberto Travern by Arm Bar. He also defeated David Tank Abbot in only 46 seconds. After defeating Tim Sylvia, he became the UFC heavyweight champion and he received the Jiu-Jitsu black belt for this win. In his professional career, Mir has won many championships and has received many awards. He was the 2008 Come Back Fighter of the Year, the Nevada State Wrestling Champion, First and Only Toe Hold Finish, in UFC history, and many more.

In 2004, Mir suffered a terrible accident, but he was able to recover from it and fight in 2006. Mir later on in his career began working as a coach. He worked as the coach on the 8th season of “Ultimate Fighter” that was shown on Spike TV.

Frank is married to Jennifer and they have three children.
