Specializing on 60-m and 100-m hurdles, Lolo Jones is a popular American athlete with an estimated net worth of $1.5 million as of 2012.

Born on August 5, 1982 in Des Moines Iowa, chose to attend Louisiana State University over Iowa State University after graduating from high school. After her successful collegiate career at the University where she earned 11 All-American honors  and 3 NCAA titles, Jones started working on her professional career in 2004.

For the 60-m hurdles category, she won indoor titles from 2007 until 2009. In 2008 and 2010, she was a gold medalist at the World Indoor Championship. She participated in the 2008 Beijing Olympics where she finished at the 7th place after her dramatic trip on the penultimate hurdle. She also participated in the 2008 World Athletics Final where she was able to grab home a silver medal.

Lolo Jones was also a representative for the United States during the 2012 London Olympics. After placing third at the U.S. Olympics trials for the 100-m hurdles, she qualified for a spot at the 2012 London Olympics. After landing on the third spot during the semi-finals, Jones finished fourth at the finals with 12.58 seconds time.
