Tuukka Rask is a professional hockey player who currently plays for the National Hockey League's Boston Ruins as the team's goaltender. Representing Canada, Tuukka Rask is also a part of the team that won a bronze medal in the World Junior Hockey Championships.

In 2005, his name was included in the  2005 NHL Entry Draft as the 21st overall pick of the Toronto Maple Leafs. However, before he even got the chance for playing for Toronto for the season, he was traded to Boston Ruins in exchange for Andrew Raycroft. On May 5, 2007, he was signed by the Boston Ruins to a three-year contract.
