Tie Domi is a retired Canadian ice hockey player for Toronto Maple Leafs.

Tie Domi's stint as an ice hockey player began when he was young as he joined the minor hockey for the Belle Rink Rats. Then, he was selected to play in the Ontario Hockey League and drafted by the Peterborough Petes.

He gained a spot for Toronto Maple Leafs' affiliate, Newmarket Saints during the 1989-1990 season of Ontario Hockey League. Domi was traded to the New York Rangers and spent his time with its affilate, Binghampton Rangers. Then, he was moved to Winnipeg Jets the following season.

Domi returned to the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1995. He was traded to the Nashville Predators in 2002, but eventually re-signed to Maple Leafs later that year. Four years later, he announced his retirement.

Tahir Domi was born on November 1, 1969 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He is married to Leanne and three children.
