Ray Bourque is a retired Canadian ice hockey player which has an estimated net worth of $20 million.
Ray Bourque's professional career started when he played for the Trois-Rivières Draveurs. In the middle of the season, he was traded to Sorel Eperviers. He was picked by the Boston Bruins during the NFL Draft in 1979.
He stayed with the Bruins for 21 seasons. Bourque was known for his combining offensive action which he did as a defensemen. Upon his request to be trade, he moved to Colorado Avalanche in 2000.
He led the Avalanche to clinch to the finals and won the Stanley Cup in 2001. Also on the same year, Bourque retired from playing hockey. After retirement, he became the team consultant for Bruins in 2005.
Raymond Jean Bourque was born on December 28, 1960 in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada. He is married to Christianne Bourque and has three children.
