Mikko Koivu is a Finnish professional ice hockey player with an estimated net worth of $30 million.
Mikko Koivu started his career with the Finnish junior ice hockey league's TPS in 1997. Eventually, he started playing for SM-Iiiga's TPS. In 2001, he was selected as the sixth overall pick by the Minnesota Wild in the NHL Entry Draft and played during the 2004-2005 season with American Hockey League affiliate Houston Aeros.
The following season, he made his debut to the team. Koivu became the Wild's first ever permanent captain in October 2009. He was the team's all-time leading scorer with 438 points in 588 games.
