Dion Phaneuf is a Canadian professional ice hockey player which has an estimated net worth of $4 million.

Dion Phaneuf started playing the said sport when he was selected to play for Red Deer Rebels during the third round of WHL Bantam Draft in 2000. With his performance as the defenceman for the team, he earned the Bill Hunter Memorial Trophy.

He joined Calgary Flames for the 2005-2006 season. Phaneuf was named for the NHL top rookie for the said season. He appeared in the NHL All-Star Game in 2006-2007 season. He was traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2010.
