Marcello Lippi is an Italian football manager and former football player which has an estimated net worth of $30.2 million.

Marcello Lippi started his career as a football player when he joined the Sampdoria from 1969 to 1978. He took a loan from the team for a year at Savona between 1969-1970. He played for the Pistolese and Lucchese until he decided to retire from his career in football.

He pursue his career as a coach for the Sampdoria youth team in 1982. Lippi did several stints coaching at Pontedera, Siena, Pistolese and Carrarese. Then, he was named the head coach for Cesena in 1989.

Lippi also handling other teams such as Lucchese, Atalanta and Juventus. When he managed Napoli in 1993-1994, he led the team placing in the UEFA Cup.

He was appointed as head coach for the Italian national team in 2004. Lippi led Italy in winning the FIFA World Cup in 2006. In 2012, he signed up working with the Guangzhou Evergrande. He achieved in leading the team winning the Chinese Super League, Chinese FA Cup and AFC Champion League.
