Trent Dilfer is a former American football quarterback who has an estimated net worth of $8 million. He was born Trent Farris Dilfer on March 13, 1972 in Santa Cruz, California. He graduated from Aptos High School in California then attended Fresno State where he played football as a quarterback for 2 ½ seasons. He declared himself eligible for the 1994 NFL (National Football League) Draft after forgoing his senior season.

Dilfer began his professional career when he was picked as the sixth overall during the 1994 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He made it to the Pro Bowl selection in 1997. He played with the team until the 1999 season while making an average of 2,729 yards and a total of 58 touchdowns. He signed with the Baltimore Ravens on March 8, 2000 who served as the backup for Tony Banks. He led the Ravens to a Super Bowl title in 2001.

Trent Dilfer went on to play for the Seattle Seahawks, Cleveland Browns and San Francisco 49ers. He is 76th on the list of NFL All-Time Passes with 1,759 passes made in his career. He announced his retirement on July 9, 2008 and currently serves as an NFL analyst for ESPN.
