Tom Seaver is a former American Major League baseball pitcher which has an estimated net worth of $10 million.

Tom Seaver started his career as a baseball player when he was picked to pitch for the University of Southern California. But he ended up pitching to Alaska Goldpanners in 1964. At that time, he was granted a scholarship to University of Southern California.

He was supposed to play with the Atlanta Braves in 1966 but his contract with the team, was voided by Baseball Commissioner William Eckert. Seaver professionally played for the New York Mets in 1967. During his stint with the Mets, the team won their first World Series Championship in 1969.

After his successful stay with the Mets, Seaver also played for several teams such as Cincinnati Reds, Chicago White Sox and Boston Red Sox. His achievements in the world of Major League as a pitcher which includes National League Rookie of the Year Award in 1967, and three NL Cy Young Awards. He was inducted in the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1992.

George Thomas Seaver was born November 17, 1944 in Fresno, California. He is married to Nancy Lynn McIntrye in 1966 and they have two daughters. He is also known as Tom Terrific.
