Study Confirms: Beer Is Good For You

It seems like all of those drunken nights in your youth may have been actually improving your health, despite all of the evidence to the contrary. In a study of 80,000 healthy Chinese adults, moderate drinking was linked to a slower decline in the good kind of cholesterol residing in your heart. The study compared everyone between heavy drinkers to those who abstained completely, and found that those who had a moderate drink (1 to 2 drinks per day for men) had the slowest decline.

Drink It Up!

All this means is that the next time your favorite team is about to play, feel free to break out a cold one (or three). You know, for your health. You can also explain to your boss that the company should not stand in the way of your healthy drinking goals and kindly recommend they stock the fridge with your favorite beers.
