If you’re looking for a place to live, why not rent Rihanna's house? She’s offering it up at a cool $16,500 a month. Not only do you get to say you live in Rihanna’s house, but you also get to enjoy the spoils of a 1920’s Spanish villa, with 2886 square feet of space. If you can’t afford the rent, get some roommates. The house boasts four bedrooms and four baths. It also comes with a great yard and a pool for parties in the West Hollywood sun. There’s even a 1.5-bath guest house included, perfect for the butler, or when mom comes to visit.
Rihanna hasn’t lived in the house for very long. She just bought the place last August for $2.75 million and tried to sell it a few months later. Without having any luck, she’s decided to rent it out.
So why is Rihanna so quick to leave? Well, maybe the place is haunted. Just joking, it's probably not. The fact is, that Rihanna owns multiple homes in the area, which she prefers to this one. She has a mansion in the Hollywood Hills, which is even bigger, and valued at nearly $7M.
This home has six bedrooms, and (a ridiculous) ten baths. She also has a swanky condo in Century City that is valued at $5.5M. But wait, there’s one more, which is the grandest of them all. The Grammy winner owns a grandiose condo in her native Barbados, that is valued at $22M.
One Sandy Lane has all the luxury you could ever imagine, including beach views, marble floors, several pools, and a golf course.
However, Rihanna is still in the real estate market. Her latest target is the London area. She is close with British friends like Cara Delevingne and Naiomi Campbell, and already has an apartment there. She is also dating, Hassan Jameel, who also lives in the area.
Hassan is a businessman with a net worth of over one-billion dollars. His father owns all the rights to sell Toyota in Saudi Arabia. They were reportedly introduced by their mutual friend, Campbell. He was rumored to have left Campbell for Rihanna, but those rumors were later squelched.
Rihanna and Hassan made a splash late last year after steamy photos emerged of the couple kissing in a hot tub in Spain. They’ve also been spotted getting cozy together in Paris.
Another reason to move to London is an increased sense of anonymity. Rihanna can go virtually unnoticed, compared to the constant paparazzi swarm of Los Angeles. And there is so much travel involved when you’re a celebrity, that you might as well spread your real estate around the globe.
