Kyle Gluhm, real estate agent from Realty ONE Group, who put Chumlee’s house up for sale in the market said that Chumlee has made extensive upgrades to the bachelor pad. The house which is located on 6240 W Patrick Lane has exotic Brazilian countertops and flooring, Venetian plaster, crown molding, and expensive paint on the walls, costly electrical system, custom cabinets, roofing—including new sky lights—and a rooftop deck with a perfect Strip view. The house also has a stage for karaoke and other forms of entertainment. However, the house doesn’t have a stripper pole, which was reported earlier.

Chumlee’s first two death rumors came in 2013 and 2014, both citing marijuana overdose as the reason behind his death.

Chumlee recently opened a candy store, Chumlee’s Candy, in Las Vegas. It is located on the Boulevard and is a combined theme of the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. Chumlee’s Candy boasts a varied range of candies right from action hero themed candies to gummy bears and button candies. Sodas such as root beer and food like chicken wings are also being sold at his shop.

The 34-year old hasn’t given any reason for selling his sprawling mansion.
