P. Diddy And French Montana Collab For New Vodka Flavor

The news is out. Best friends P Diddy Combs and French Montana finally released their new vodka flavor for Diddy’s vodka brand Ciroc. The flavor is named French Vanilla and a portion of its profits will be donated to charity.

“In addition to passing the torch to French Montana, I’m showing my support for the philanthropic work he is doing in Uganda,” Combs said in an interview with People. “Not only will Ciroc donate $1 from every bottle of Ciroc French Vanilla made to support the Organization Mama Hope, I will match the donation so that our success stories and contributions can benefit as many people as possible.”

Mama Hope is a non-profit organization that exclusively works around the world to end poverty and hunger. When Montana filmed his famous song Unforgettable in Uganda, he was so grieved by the country’s poverty that he donated $100,000 to Mama Hope’s Uganda partner Suubi Health Center. The organization will use this money to expand their clinic and make more services available to people around.

Not only does Combs aim to raise $200,000 through the sale of French Vanilla, but he also wants to empower the next generation to dream big and achieve everything on their own. Combs said Montana who came to him with the vodka idea, and it was a no-brainer for the two to collaborate. French Vanilla is Ciroc’s eighth flavor and was made to show the hip-hop industry is building its own economic system.

Montana feels that French Vanilla symbolizes two legends celebrating life. On Aug. 10, 2017, Montana described the flavor as having a rich and velvety feel of vanilla cream with hints of vanilla bean and very smooth in taste. He was the first one to share the news with everyone on Instagram in a long post. Montana wrote that his dream has finally come true. He thanked Combs for listening to his idea and making it a reality.

Ciroc is an eau-de-vie vodka brand and is made using Charente-Maritime grapes from France. The brand is owned by world famous beverage maker Diageo, while Combs handles marketing and promotion. The distinguishing factor between Ciroc and other vodkas is that Ciroc is made from grapes while others are made from grains, potato, or corn.
