Khloe Kardashian Pays Tribute To Beloved Dog Gabbana

Khloe Kardashian paid tribute to her beloved dog Gabbana on Instagram, as she revealed the news her best friend passed away.

In a heartfelt post featuring several photos of Kardashian and Gabbana, she said goodbye to her “first child.” Get the tissues ready because her words will definitely bring tears your eyes.

“Last night my sweet Gabbana passed away. She was more than a pet. She was my first child, my companion and my friend. She was incredible! She made sure I was never lonely even during lonely times. The house will never be the same. I never thought I would be this devastated over loosing a dog but 14 years, is a long time together. She filled a significant role in my life and I'm forever grateful. I love you Goober!! I'll remember you always!” wrote Kardashian.

Although she had Gabbana for 14-years, the dog was not always solely Khloe’s dog. In 2011 when Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner, then Bruce, decided to split up she rehoused the dog. The Revenge Body star explained her decision in a post on her website in 2016.

"When my mom and Bruce separated, I was immediately like, 'Let me take Gabbana!' She was the family dog, and since Kendall and Kylie both moved out, I thought Gabbana was lonely. I wanted her to have a fun home again!!! She'll spend all day playing Frisbee and swimming in the pool, and can even dive up to 15 feet!!! She is so well-trained and super smart, and she loooves Pup-Peroni, haha." she shared.

Gabbana may have started out as a family dog but she ended up being the light of Kardashian’s life. Keeping Up With The Kardashians viewers often saw the adorable black Labrador on the show. Anytime there were scenes at Khloe’s house, she was sure to around. She would steal the spotlight every time the camera was on her.
