Kendall Jenner is once again moving houses for the second time in just over a year, this time picking up the Beverly Hills mansion that used to belong to the most coked-out actor in Hollywood, Charlie Sheen.

Several incidents at Jenner’s previous home in West Hollywood seems to have convinced her to move after only living there for 15 months. First, her house was burglarized to the tune of $200,000 as robbers made off with jewelry and other personal items. Then last November, a crazed fan started to walk up her driveway and bang on her windows. The cops were called and the stalker was arrested and slapped with a restraining order, but the ordeal left Jenner more than a little shaken.

The Jenner family was reportedly always against Kendall living in WeHo as it wasn’t a gated community and was right next to The Sunset Strip, giving ample opportunity for drunken crazies to wander on through.

Jenner bought her old house for $6.5 million last July and sold it for $6.85 million.

Now, it’s off to Beverly Hills for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star. She’s purchased Sheen’s infamous former bachelor pad to the tune of $8.5 million. Sheen himself sold it to a real estate company for $5.4 million, with said company presumably tidying up the place after years of drug-fueled debauchery from its former owner.

Along with removing the countless stains from the carpets, the Spanish-style villa sports a ton of great features for a veteran home buyer, including five bedrooms, six bathrooms, movie theater, spa, and an enormous courtyard complete with fountain, swimming pool, tennis court, and a fire pit for those chilly Hollywood nights.

This time, the house will be certainly gated, but Jenner better be sure to keep the locks closed at night. Sheen famously lost his Mercedes to a thief that then drove it off a cliff back in 2010. Hopefully, Jenner has better luck at the place than Sheen did.

Jenner has been on a bit of a real estate kick lately. In addition to selling her former residence in West Hollywood, she sold another property she owned in WeHo last June for $1.6 million.
