Scarlett Johansson was born in New York City on November 22, 1984 and has since then made quite the name for herself. From a young age, Johansson knew that she was destined for greatness and by the time she was 8 years old, she had already begun acting. It wouldn’t be long before she made her big debut in The Horse Whisperer in 1998, which would eventually allow her to land a variety of challenging roles.
Although Johansson is an amazing actress, it can be argued that her good looks have helped her walk through Hollywood with ease and grace. She is well known for being extremely seductive and an all-around femme-fatale, which is why she has often been cast due to her looks and not her talent. Yes, she is talented, but many of her roles revolve around her beauty, which is hard to ignore.
Johansson is well known for her dark, husky voice, full lips, and gorgeous blonde locks, but there are still many more reasons as to why she has been extremely sought after. All in all, many would agree that Johansson is the ideal woman. Whether she is a brunette, blonde, or redhead, this gorgeous actress is on the top of nearly everybody’s list.
Johansson was once married to fellow actor Ryan Reynolds for 3 years, which resulted in divorce back in 2011. In 2014, the gorgeous actress married a French journalist named Romain Dauriac, with whom she now has a baby girl. So unfortunately, she is taken, but at least we can still admire her on the big-screen.
15. Match Point
In 2005, Scarlett Johansson took on the role of Nola Rice in the movie Match Point and showed us exactly why you should never engage in a relationship with a married man.
Chris Wilton is a tennis legend, who has been looking for work as an instructor. One day, he befriends a guy named Tom Hewett, who comes from an extremely wealthy family, and is introduced to his sister Chloe. Chloe immediately falls head over heels for Chris and they get married in a haste. Chris is moderately happy, he has a decent looking wife who has a ton of money and so for the most part life is going great. That is, until he meets Tom’s girlfriend Nola and begins to lust after her. It isn’t long before Nola and Chris engage in an affair, however, things quickly get complicated and Chris is forced to choose between lust and money.
14. Iron Man 2
There’s a reason why Scarlett Johansson got to have her own separate poster for the Iron Man 2 movie and it sure wasn’t because of her acting skills. The celeb looked absolutely killer in her Black Widow costume, especially when wearing her auburn hair down in loose tendrils. Now, I think we could all agree that if looks could kill, Natasha Romanoff would have sent us straight to the emergency room, but we wouldn’t hold it against her, or would we?
Billionaire Tony Stark has stopped hiding his identity from the world and has now begun to realize why he had hidden it in the first place. Stark begins to feel immense pressure from numerous organizations, as well as the U.S military, to share his technology with them. However, Stark does not believe this to be a good idea and refrains from doing so. Which results in him making copious enemies who will risk their lives, plus the lives of others, to obtain his powers and ultimately cause havoc upon the world.
13. The Avengers
In 2012, the stunning Scarlett Johansson returned as Natasha Romanoff in the movie The Avengers. Even though this movie is jam-packed with action, it is hard to miss how remarkable Johansson looks in her skin-tight black one-piece and short auburn hair. Johansson has the type of face that can pull off any type of hair style; whether short or long this actress is always a sight for sore eyes.

12. The Spirit
The Spirit is based off of a newspaper comic strip written by Will Eisner and was made into a movie in 2008. Although this movie had the potential to be good, it received horrible reviews and was critiqued for its melodramatic acting and useless humour. Whatever the case may be, I think we can all agree that Scarlett Johansson brought some light to this somewhat dark film and succeeded in looking extremely sexy in every single scene she was in.
The Spirit takes place in a cat-filled mausoleum in Central City. A man named Denny Colt, who is also known as the Spirit, is seen as the hero of Central City and aims to keep it safe from evil. Unfortunately for the Spirit, evil is on its way to mash things up and he isn’t stopping for anybody. The Octopus soon reveals himself as the big baddie and is eventually made to battle against Central City’s hero.
11. He’s Just Not That Into You
He’s Just Not That Into You is an interconnected movie that first came out in 2009 and once again showed off the beautiful and talented actress. With her platinum locks, full lips and wicked grin it is hard to believe that someone wouldn’t be into her. Which is probably why she is the one who is being sought after and not the one pinning over someone like a lost puppy. After all, no one refuses Scarlett. No one!
In He’s Just Not That Into You, the viewer is introduced to five women and four men who struggle to anticipate the opposite sex’s next move. While some believe themselves to be in love, others do not feel the same way, resulting in a spiral of confusion and self-doubt. Johansson plays the role of Anna, who unknowingly causes havoc in a solid marriage by simply chatting up the guy next to her in a grocery line.

When magicians Robert Angier and Alfred Borden first started out, they were close pals who worked together. Everything changed when Angier’s wife, Julia, died while performing one of their tricks and the two friends quickly became foes after Angier blamed his wife’s death on Borden. Years later, both magicians are often found sabotaging each other’s tricks and desperately trying to one-up one another. That is until one day, when the great Borden succeeds in performing an impossible trick and Angier becomes obsessed with revealing his competitor’s secret.
9. Don Jon
Don Jon is a movie that recently came out in 2013 and co-stars the two Hollywood hotties Scarlett Johansson and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. The Black Dahlia is set in the late 1940s and revolves around the crippling death of a woman named Elizabeth Short, who was found brutally murdered and mutilated. 1. Under The Skin
Under The Skin is unlike any movie you’ll ever see. It has captivating images, puzzling scenes and hauntingly beautiful imagery. What sets this movie apart from the type of films that Scarlett Johansson usually plays in, is that it is focused around art and sketching an abstract path to its viewers subconscious. What makes this movie very much like all the others that Johansson has been cast in, is that it once again portrays her as a femme fatale.
Johansson’s natural beauty and dark raspy voice allowed her to drift onto the screen like memorable dream and instantly pull in her audience. In this film, we are introduced to a mysterious and seductive woman with no name, who is making her way through the cobblestone streets of Scotland. As she does so, she finds herself seducing men wherever she goes. All these men, seem to have loneliness in common, and instantly fall under her spell.
