Ariel Cantara is a former nanny of the reality star, and there have apparently been many nannies who've tried working for Gosselin. Cantara is alleging that Gosselin is a complete nightmare to work for. The nanny quit after a while, claiming that Gosselin was literally driving her insane. She said that Gosselin was not only a neat freak but was very controlling, which doesn’t surprise us one bit. “Shifts can last up to 24 hours, and you have to go on trips with the family. Sleepovers are often required, and there is no set schedule with days off. You work when Kate says she needs you to work.” (Babygaga) It’s not the first time a nanny has spoken out about Gosselin, and her former husband has also said that Gosselin can be very controlling.

Vanessa Bryant - Sued By Former Housemaid For Emotional Distress

Apparently, Kobe Bryant’s wife, Vanessa, has a vile temper and often takes it out on her staff. She was sued by her former maid due to emotional distress. Maria Jimenez claimed that Bryant often called her names, such as “lazy, dumb, slow, a f--king liar and f--king sh!t.” Jimenez claimed that Bryant was always verbally abusive toward her. She even claimed that Bryant made her stick her hand in a bag of dog poop in order to get a price tag for a shirt that she wanted to return. “Jimenez said the abusive Lakers wife made the disgusting demand after the maid put an expensive blouse in the washing machine. Vanessa -- who insisted Jimenez reimburse her for the frock -- wanted to show her how much it cost, the papers allege.” (NYPost) When Jimenez tried to quit, Bryant told her she had to work off the price of the blouse first.

Lindsay Lohan - Allegedly Tried To Get Her Assistant To Take Responsibility For An Accident

Lindsay Lohan has been a complete train wreck for the past ten years. She's been in multiple accidents and been to court numerous times. During one of those accidents where Lohan crashed her car, her former assistant, Gavin Doyle, was in the vehicle with her. When Lohan crashed into the back of a semi, Doyle claimed that she tried to get him to take the wrap for it, no doubt because she was already on probation for her many other wrongdoings. Doyle refused, of course, not wanting to get in trouble for something he didn’t do. Doyle told the police that the accident was Lohan’s fault. He became her former assistant after that because they had a major falling out when Doyle wouldn’t take the fall for her. What a terrible thing to do: to expect that her assistant would just bend over for her.

Victoria Beckham - The Hot Nanny

Victoria Beckham can apparently be pretty nasty to her help, especially her nanny. When it comes to being an employee of Beckham’s, you have to be aware that it’s either her way or the highway. Abigail Gibson was the former nanny whom Beckham screamed at for talking to a former beautician. Apparently, there were rumors going around that the beautician had an affair with David Beckham. It was never proven, however -- they were just rumors, but when Beckham saw Gibson talking to the woman, Victoria had a complete meltdown. Beckham was angry because she wanted Gibson to stay away from the beautician because the girl had caused their family problems. Gibson decided to quit instead because she couldn’t work under those circumstances. There seem to be a lot of nanny stories where celebrities are behaving badly, and it’s nasty when word gets out. Jennifer Lopez - Allowed Bullying To Take Place

Jennifer Lopez was sued by her personal driver because he claimed that her manager, Benny Medina, abused him and she allowed it. Hakob Manoukian started driving for the singer in 2005, and at the time, he had his own company. Lopez loved him so much, though, that she convinced him to shut down his company and work exclusively as her Head of Security. She had agreed to pay Manoukian more than $200,000 a year, but things went badly in 2011 when he was forced to spend time with Benny Medina. He claimed that Medina hated him and would often comment on his clothes or cuss him out in public, even saying the way he talked was not good enough. He was forced to resign due to the behavior, and that’s why he sued the actress. Medina told TMZ that Manoukian was just a "disgruntled employee who chose to quit."

Angelina Jolie - Alleged Psycho

Angelina Jolie was accused of being psychotic by her former bodyguard who said she was much more than a control freak. Jolie is known to have her employees sign confidentiality agreements when she hires them, so in this case, the bodyguard would be breaking that agreement. The man in question, referred to as “Billy the Bodyguard,” says that the Angelina that’s in public is nothing like the woman you see behind closed doors. Billy alleged that she loves giving the silent treatment as a form of punishment and is “unmoved by emotions and can switch moods in an instant.” (HollywoodGossip) There could be some truth to it because she's been given the nickname “Arctic Angie” in Hollywood for a reason. It’s not too much of a stretch that she could be a temperamental cold fish behind the scenes.

Tiger Woods - The Diva

We kind of already know that Tiger Woods has a strong reputation for bad behavior. He doesn’t have the strongest morals out there. His former golf coach, Hank Haney, revealed the bad behavior that he experienced when he was working with Woods. He disclosed that Woods had poor behavior when it came to the people around him; in fact, at times, he could be a “total jerk.” There were times when he would dine with a group of people and force people to leave when he felt like it, even if they hadn’t finished eating by then. It would be so cold to make the rest of your group leave before they had a chance to finish eating. Woods, at times, could be a bigger Diva than most women. There were many times when Woods wouldn’t even leave a tip, or the tip would be a very small amount, which is terrible considering how much money he has.

Courtney Love - Sued By Personal Assistant

Courtney Love has been a train wreck for most of her life, so it’s kind of shocking to think that she would be mean to someone. She came from nothing, so you would think she would be a kinder person. Love was once sued by her personal assistant before due to poor treatment. Jessica Labrie is the girl in question, and she worked for Love for a period of time where she claimed that Love tried to force her to do unethical things that she didn’t want to do. These tasks included falsifying documents and even hiring a hacker. She also claimed that she was owed unpaid wages from the singer. She claimed that Love promised her a full scholarship to Yale University as well as a job at her music management company. They eventually settled things out of court in 2014.

Sharon Stone - Housekeeper Accused Stone Of Being A Racist

Sharon Stone got sued by her housekeeper because she claimed that Stone was racist toward her. Erlinda Elemen was fired in 2011 when Stone discovered that she had been paid overtime that she didn’t earn. Elemen claimed that Stone often made disparaging comments against Filipino people, even calling them “stupid people.” Elemen claimed that she wasn’t allowed to attend church or even read the Bible while in her own room. She claimed Stone wouldn’t let her speak to her children because she didn’t want her kids to end up sounding like her housekeeper. “Because abuses in overtime pay are common for household employees it seems ironic that Ms. Stone initially did the right thing and paid Mrs. Elemen overtime wages and then terminated her for accepting those same wages,” Solomon Gresen, Elemen’s lawyer said. Elemen claimed she was often overworked, and Stone wouldn't allow her time to rest. It sounds like Stone was a real slave driver.

Naomi Campbell - Physical Abuse

Naomi Campbell has a notoriously bad reputation for having a bad temper when it comes to the people who work for her. She's a true Diva, and she was once charged with throwing a phone at her maid. Campbell claimed it was just an accident, but the phone hit the woman in the head. Campbell apologized in court but pled guilty to reckless assault. Campbell received a slap on the wrist in the form of five days of community service, anger management classes, and having to pay the hospital bills for the maid in the amount of $363.32. “I had an apartment at 500 Park Avenue. Ana Scolavino was an employee of mine. During the morning of March 30, 2006, I threw a cellphone in the apartment. The cellphone hit Ana. That was an accident because I did not intend to hit her. I am advised that Ana was hurt, and I am sorry about that.”

Lady Gaga - Bad Gaga

Lady Gaga has always been a little weird, but the allegations that her assistant made really put her on another level. Jennifer O’Neill was Lady Gaga’s assistant, and she sued Gaga because of the singer's bad behavior. Some of that behavior included the fact that Gaga forced her to sleep in her bed with her seven days a week. “I was by her side virtually 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” O’Neill testified. “That includes sleeping in the same bed with her. Because she did not sleep alone.” O’Neil said she felt she had to sleep in the same bed in order to keep her job, though there was never anything sexual between them. She sued the singer for $390,000 for unpaid overtime plus damages. Part of her duties throughout the day included making sure that Gaga “took her medicine,” and oftentimes, the singer would wake her assistant up in the middle of the night to switch her DVDs.

Paula Deen - Allegedly Used The N-Word When Speaking To Black Employees

Paula Deen has been accused of being racist because she used the N-word when speaking to her black employees. The celebrity chef certainly got herself in some hot water in 2013. She admitted during a deposition that she had made insensitive racial jokes in front of her staff before and even wanted “black waiters to play the role of slaves at a wedding party she was putting together.” (National Enquirer) “The whole entire waiter staff was middle-aged black men, and they had on beautiful white jackets with a black bow tie. I mean, it was really impressive. That restaurant represented a certain era in America… after the Civil War, during the Civil War, before the Civil War… It was not only black men; it was black women… I would say they were slaves.” Lisa Jackson, the General Manager of their Savannah restaurant filed a $1.2 million lawsuit claiming that Deen used the N-word around her and allowed sexual harassment by her brother, Bubba Hiers, to occur. Deen admitted to all of it and seemed clueless about the abuse she was handing out.

Anna Wintour - Remember Devil Wears Prada?

If you've ever seen the movie Devil Wears Prada, then you've seen Anna Wintour in action yourself. Wintour is Vogue’s editor-in-chief, and she had a former assistant by the name of Lauren Weisberger, the author of the book Devil Wears Prada. Weisberger claimed that the list of demands in the book was all fictional, but we find that hard to believe. The picture here even looks to be the exact same office that Miranda Priestly had in the movie; they're almost identical. There's also been much implied through the rumor mill about how Wintour treated the people who worked for her, and Weisberger has actually said there are some facts in her book. So the next time you wonder if someone as evil as Miranda Priestly could actually exist, remember that it’s quite possible that the book has more fact than fiction in it.

Kendall Jenner - Throws Hissy Fits

According to server Blaine Morris from the Mercer Kitchen, Jenner had a hissy fit when she was denied alcohol at the restaurant. Jenner is underage, so it’s not anything that the server did wrong, but when she was denied, she stormed out of the restaurant without paying her bill. Jenner was dining with friend Hailey Baldwin when she decided to behave so badly. Jenner denied the claims, though Morris was adamant that when he chased after the reality star to get the money that she owed, she ended up throwing cash in his face, and that didn’t include tip. It’s not surprising to us, however, because that entire family seems to have epic bad behavior moments, and the younger generation is no different. The server was clearly not an employer of the star, but we can just imagine how her staff at home are treated when they don’t give her what she wants.

Lance Armstrong - Doesn't Keep Promises

Lance is always seen as the nice guy in the media, and it’s hard to believe that he would be mean to anyone that he worked with. However, he had a personal assistant, by the name of Mike Anderson, who spilled the beans on Lance. Anderson alleged that while they worked together, Armstrong promised to finance a bike shop for him, which had been a longtime dream of his. But when it came time for Armstrong to do so, he backed out of the deal. Anderson made a big stink about it, and instead of Armstrong following through on the promise, he sued his assistant instead and trash-talked him to the media. It got so bad for Anderson that he was forced to move out of the country to get away from all the bad press. He currently lives in New Zealand.
