Celebs, especially world famous celebs, are often surrounded by beautiful women. They see them at work and they see them during their time off. They see them during red carpet events and they see them at autograph signings. So you’d think that all of this exposure would make most celebs almost immune to beauty.

However, that is certainly not the case. If anything, being surrounded by beauty makes you seek even more beauty. So many of these celebs (who are mostly men) often stare at the women that surround them. This can definitely be classified as creepy behavior but others argue that it is hard not to admire beautiful ladies and their assets.

Below we have a list of fifteen such “creeps” who have been caught staring at pretty women, such as actresses and cheerleaders. It is easy to classify them as perverts but at the same time we have to remember that it is hard to ignore beauty and there is nothing wrong to just look. Even if their stares and ogling are a bit creepy when seen in photographs.

Zac Efron

The actor Zac Efron is probably best known for his leading role in the High School Musical franchise. However, he has not stopped acting and since then has appeared in many other films. So as most actors, he has seen a great number of pretty ladies. But just like most men, he can’t help but be impressed by cheerleaders.

It must be the cheerleaders’ seductive moves and their tight clothes that accentuate their figures that drive men crazy. Plus, their clothes are always very skimpy which means that you can sneak a good glance at their assets. And Zac Efron is doing just that in the picture above.

will.i.am

As you can see in the photo above, the rapper, singer and songwriter William James Adams, better known as will.i.am, has been caught staring at the model and actress Pamela Anderson. Or rather, at her breasts. But is that so surprising? Anderson’s breasts are pretty big after all. And in that photo at least, they seem to be pretty much “in your face.”

Still, staring at Anderson’s breasts so blatantly does make will.i.am a bit of a creep. Although we’re sure Anderson doesn’t really mind. If anything, it’s a compliment. And we’re sure will.i.am was at least a little bit embarrassed when he saw the above photo of him ogling.

Jeremy Piven

The American actor Jeremy Piven is best known for his role as Ari Gold in the comedy TV show Entourage. In fact, it was for this role that Piven won a Golden Globe Award and three Emmy Awards. So Piven is clearly busy acting. But in his spare time, he likes to do a bit of ogling.

Take the picture above, for example. In it, Piven is clearly checking out the two girls that are walking past. In fact, Piven is so impressed by what he sees that he even turns around to have a better look at the pretty ladies walking past him. Granted, this might be a scene from the show (look at who he's walking with), but it's still creepy to look at.

Dustin Hoffman

Dustin Hoffman is an actor and director who has starred in many films including, Midnight Cowboy, Rain Man and Wag the Dog, and who has won many awards, including the Academy Award for Best Actor.

Just like most actors, he has been married a few times and he has dated a number of very beautiful women. But just like every other man on the planet, Hoffman can’t help but appreciate the beautiful ladies that surround him, including Angelina Jolie and her full cleavage. In the picture above we can see Hoffman being a creep by giving Angelina’s cleavage an approving stare and his little sneaky smile gives away that he is impressed with what he’s seeing.

David Beckham

The former professional footballer David Beckham has been caught staring at cheerleaders a number of times. What can we say, when a pretty cheerleader is right in front of you, it’s hard not to check her out.

Of course, sometimes Beckham’s wife, Victoria Beckham, accompanies Beckham to these basketball games because she knows that cheerleaders are her husband’s weak point. But really, what man could resist a cheerleader? They do have really nice bodies after all, and their tight fitting clothes reveal it all. Maybe that’s why Beckham goes to so many basketball games in the first place. If that’s the case, that’s a little creepy. But can you blame him?

Woody Allen

The American director, actor and comedian Woody Allen is often caught staring at various celebs. Or more specifically, their cleavage. Maybe he’s just scouting actresses (and their assets) for his future films. Or maybe he’s just a big creep. Who knows.

Either way, Woody Allen seems to be especially smitten with the actress Scarlett Johansson. In fact, he has been caught staring at her cleavage a number of times. Well, what can we say, Scarlett Johansson is an incredibly attractive woman. So we're sure that it isn't just Woody Allen that stares at her and her assets.

Diddy

The rapper and singer Sean John Combs, better known as Puff Daddy, Puffy, P. Diddy, and just Diddy, is a busy man who has won many awards in his professional career, including three Grammy Awards and two MTV Video Music Awards.

But busy men will always find time for pretty women. The photo above proves this point! In it, we see Diddy staring at Jessica Biel's cleavage. The photo caused quite a stir on the internet and no doubt embarrassed Diddy greatly. But then again, Jessica Biel is a very pretty woman so we’re sure that any man standing next to her would have been just as creepy as Diddy.

Justin Bieber

The singer Justin Bieber’s behavior is questionable at best. It is said that he often treats his fans badly. He calls his fans nasty names and sometimes completely ignores them. However, when Bieber is not being mean to his fans he’s being unnecessarily touchy.

Take the photo above for example. When the photo became public, Bieber denied ever touching his fan even though it is quite obvious that he did. And it wasn’t the first time he has done so. And probably not the last time either. In fact, Bieber has a reputation for touching his fans inappropriately. Talk about creepy behavior.

Luke Wilson

The actor Luke Wilson is well-known for his roles in films such as Idiocracy, Old School, Bottle Rocket, The Royal Tenenbaums and Legally Blonde. He’s a well accomplished actor and is no doubt often surrounded by beautiful women.

But even though Wilson is presumably often surrounded by attractive celebrities, he still can’t help but ogle at pretty women and their assets whenever he can. Take the photo above for example. Wilson is clearly checking out the young woman who is standing to his left. To be fair, she does have a nice cleavage but staring at her assets so blatantly is a bit much.

Oliver Stone

The screenwriter, film director and producer Oliver Stone has written a number of famous films such as the 1978 Midnight Express and the 1983 film Scarface. He has also won a number of awards. As a director, Stone must have come face to face with a great number of beautiful actresses.

But that doesn’t mean that Stone has stopped checking out pretty women and their assets when he’s not working. Sure, he might be scouting pretty actresses for his upcoming films. Or maybe he’s just a creep.However, there is no denying that the Mexican actress Salma Hayek is a bombshell, so we might forgive Stone for his wandering eyes this time.

Ashton Kutcher

The actor Ashton Kutcher is just one of many men who can’t resist a cheerleader. In the photo above we can see him sneakily checking out the cheerleader standing near him. Or rather, her butt. Of course, that comes as no surprise since most cheerleaders are extremely fit and wear tight clothes that accentuate their bodies. Thus it is no wonder that they attract the eyes of most men.

This is also not the first time Kutcher has been ogling at cheerleaders, and not the first time he has been caught on camera ogling at them! We’re sure he was embarrassed when he saw the photo, but then again, boys will be boys.

Chris Pine

The actor Chris Pine is probably best known for his roles as James T. Kirk in the Star Trek series (2009 – 2016) and as Steve Trevor in the 2017 film Wonder Woman. He has also starred as Will Colson in the 2010 film Unstoppable and as Cinderella’s Prince in the 2014 Into the Woods.

Pine’s extensive acting career must mean that he is often surrounded by beautiful actresses. But even he can’t help but ogle at pretty cheerleaders! In the photo above we can see him checking out the cheerleaders dancing in front of him. He seems to be thoroughly enjoying himself.

Chris Rock

The American comedian, actor and producer Chris Rock is a busy man. He stars in movies (for example, he has appeared in Down to Earth, Grown Ups and the Madagascar film series. He also developed, wrote and narrated the period sitcom Everybody Hates Chris. In addition, Rock is also a comedian. And he has also won four Emmy Awards and three Grammy Awards.

However, Rock is never too busy for pretty ladies. He will always have time to check them out. As can be seen in the photo above, Rock is shocked and greatly impressed by the attractiveness of Rihanna. Some might consider his reaction creepy. But we’re sure that Rihanna saw it as a compliment.

Jay Leno

The American comedian, actor and TV host Jay Leno has been caught staring at women’s breasts on a number of occasions. You see, he was the host of NBC’s The Tonight Show with Jay Leno from 1992 to 2009 and naturally, he was often interviewing and talking to beautiful women. This meant that he had ample opportunity to ogle at their breasts and legs and be a general creep.

Of course, it’s hard to accuse Leno of such sleazy behavior but there are a couple of pictures out there that prove that Leno is indeed a bit of a creep, like the picture above. I guess when a beautiful woman is standing beside you, it’s hard not to stare at her. Or her assets.

Robert De Niro

Robert De Niro is one of those legendary actors that one can never forget. He is no doubt best known for his role as the young Vito Corleone in the 1974 film The Godfather Part II. It was for this role that he won the Academy Award for best Supporting Actor. Apart from that, he has won numerous other awards for his other roles in various other films.

Over the years, Robert De Niro must have seen many pretty women, but he is clearly impressed with Jessica Alba's cleavage. What can we say, Alba is indeed a very beautiful woman. And her cleavage is nice too.
