You might be asking yourself, who the hell do they think they are judging these actors? You might have even said this while wagging your index finger side to side. Well, some judgement is about to go down. Brace yourself if you're sensitive. Some of the actors on this list have done wrong in the past but have since repented. Should they get a pass and be allowed to continue working? Hollywood thinks so, but we're not so sure. There are some actors on this list who may even be innocent, but the evidence against them is damning. We're not the judge or the executioner, but we'll damn sure act as the jury. We've seen the evidence and we believe that the actors on this list should be swiftly punted right out of Hollywood.

Most of the actors on this list have done horrible things in the past; things that should not be forgiven. Most of these people are still making huge money from the industry when they should have been excommunicated a long time ago. We want to do our part to remind people of who these fools really are and what they did. Until it's been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that they're innocent, we'll be banging the ban drum. After all, you're guilty until proven innocent. Or is it the other way around? Either way, the wrongdoings have already been documented. We're just making sure no one forgets. Here are 15 Actors Who Should Be Banned from Working in Hollywood But Aren’t.

Sean Penn

Sean Penn is one of the most talented actors in the business, so we don't expect that the producers and directors of Hollywood would ever take a collective stance against him. Besides, Penn is a director himself, so he would just make his own films. As regards the claims against Penn and the alleged abuse of his ex-wife, Madonna, she came out and said the accusations were “completely outrageous, malicious, reckless, and false,” so we have to take them with a grain of salt. That being said, The New York Post wrote that “Lieutenant Bill McSweeney recalled: 'When Madonna staggered into the station, she was distraught, crying, with makeup smeared all over her face. I hardly recognized her…she had obviously been struck.'” There's no denying that Penn is a loose cannon. Remember the photographer that Penn reportedly dragged through a room to the balcony and hung over the ninth floor? These types of personalities give Hollywood a bad name and Bon Jovi can attest to that.

Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow had a good run, but there's a reason that she's the most hated celebrity. She's the most pretentious celebrity. Aside from her lifestyle coaching and selling ridiculously overpriced snake-oil health formulas, Paltrow has done and said some truly baffling things. Remember when she pretended to participate in the Food Stamp Challenge and then bought the most beautiful healthy foods to prove she could not do it, while also showing how gloriously she eats in the process? Or when she compared her own struggle to that of other working mothers? Paltrow is infuriating for many. She believes that people hate her because they have the misconception she grew up blessed. That, she tells us, couldn’t be further from the truth. You see, when she was ready to face the world as an adult, her father, film director and producer, Bruce Paltrow, said, “You are completely on your own.” From that moment on, Paltrow never received any help from her parents, aside from getting her first role in a movie directed by her father or landing the role of Wendy in Hook, directed by her godfather Steven Spielberg. Other than that, no help at all.

Emma Roberts

It's not only male actors who have been in trouble with the law for domestic abuse. Emma Roberts, the niece of Julia Roberts, but also a superstar in her own right, was arrested in 2013 after police responded to a domestic abuse call. Her on-again off-again boyfriend/fiancé, Evan Peters, reportedly had a bloodied nose and bite marks on him when police showed up. Even though Peters was not arrested, photos of bruises on Roberts legs were used to suggest that Peters was abusive too. Since we can only go off the police's response, we won't throw Peters under the bus here. Is this incident enough to ban Roberts from film? Maybe not, but if we want males banned for life for domestic abuse scandals and accusations, Roberts should share the same fate.

Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande is doing more singing than acting these days, which is great for Hollywood. But we all know she's going to come back. This young diva is gaining a reputation as one of the more difficult people to work with, exactly the type of person that should be axed before she gets too out of control. Remember when she licked that doughnut because she hates Americans? Rise up, people. There's also been several accusations of Grande being a horrible person. She even makes people carry her after a long day of work. She's a princess of the worst variety. We don't need Hollywood supporting this type of evil.

Kirk Cameron

Kirk Cameron isn't necessarily in the middle of Hollywood action anymore, but he's still making the odd terrible movie. The superstar from Growing Pains has pumped the brakes on his acting career in his later life, but we want him out altogether. He's a got a new film coming out, Extraordinary. Now, on this list, we wanted to avoid condemning people for comments alone because a lot of actors say stupid things, but Cameron is not only an idiot but also a horrible actor. Banning him would save us all from more trash films and give him his just desserts. Much of the backlash against Cameron came when he described homosexuality as “...unnatural, it's detrimental and ultimately destructive to so many of the foundations of civilization.” People can have their own opinions, but this type of clown should be kicked to the proverbial Hollywood curb.

Kim Kardashian

Many celebrities are famous for different reasons, and who are we to say what should and shouldn't be allowed? But fame and celebrity status are one thing and acting is another. Kim Kardashian became an overnight celebrity when her s*x tape leaked. That tends to happen. After people saw this gorgeous woman naked and s*xed up, they wanted to know more about her personality. It's a natural progression. Admittedly, her fantasy life is appealing. She's rich, grew up in the celebrity circle and she's beautiful, a perfect recipe for celebrity in this reality-TV-obsessed world. With so much fame, it was expected that we would see Kim on TV in brief cameos, but when does it stop? Hasn't it been long enough? Do people actually still care enough about Kim to have her appear in shows and films saying something dumb? Her acting career should have died with Disaster Movie, but now she's appearing in Ocean's Eight? Let's stop the silliness. It's already long out of control.

Natasha Lyonne

We were always told not to judge a book by its cover, but you can't honestly say that, when you saw Natasha Lyonne in that orange jumper in Orange is the New Black. She didn't look at home in it. Lyonne has had a long career in Hollywood, starring in films like American Pie, Blade: Trinity, and many more. She's also had a well-documented and troubled past with drugs. In 2006, Lyonne showed up in court to face charges of criminal mischief, harassment, and trespassing that dated back to an incident two years earlier. Lyonne allegedly broke into a neighbor's apartment and began trashing the place. She then picked up the neighbor's dog and said, “I'm going to s*xually molest your dog.” This is bad enough, but one of Lyonne's next films is Snow Dogs. This puppy-hating woman should not be working in Hollywood at all, but come on, a dog movie? Let's think this through.

Katherine Heigl

One of the challenges of being a star is that you have to be careful about what you say. Honesty is great. But if you're a rotten, spoiled brat, it can be damning. That's what happened to Katherine Heigl as she blew up from a nobody to a megastar in 2007. After her starring role in Knocked Up, Heigl publicly criticized the film. She complained about how the film and the script portrayed her. She made it very clear that it was out of her hands and that others were to blame. Later, she back-pedaled saying it was her own fault, but that was after she realized her career was in jeopardy. Not long after that, Heigl chose not to submit her name for an Emmy nomination because, she said, “I did not feel that I was given the material this season to warrant an Emmy nomination and in an effort to maintain the integrity of the academy organization, I withdrew my name from contention.” Note here the blame on the material, the writer's work. Once again, after the backlash, Heigl claimed she misspoke. She does that a lot. She apparently meant that she wasn't proud of her own acting. That's baloney. Get rid of this ungrateful child and give the opportunity to one of the many talented actors who might be more appreciative of their positions.

Steve Harvey

Steve Harvey doesn't do a whole lot of acting these days, but he still hosts a number of events shows and produces several others. After the whole Miss Universe fiasco, Harvey should have just excused himself from any future work in front of the camera, but our plea to ban this jack*ss goes farther than that. Harvey is one of the most racist and ignorant people walking around today. While Mel Gibson at least took the time to apologize for his verbal hate and was banished for a while because of it, Harvey doesn't even apologize for saying he doesn't want to speak to people who don't believe in a god or that they're idiots. He also made racist remarks about Asians and sent out a one-sentence apology on iPhone Notes for “offending people” and not for actually saying racist remarks. He's also misogynistic, sexist, and homophobic. He's basically Satan but no one bats an eye. The fact that people listen to him and take his uneducated advice to heart is scary.

Woody Allen

Woody Allen is such a successful director/actor that it would take a lot of evidence in support of the allegations against him to make people stop going to his movies or have Hollywood ban him altogether. But it might not be time to play this one safe? Let's ignore the strange relationship between Allen and Soon-Yi Previn. It's very odd and even troubling for some, but the details of their relationship are too hazy to make any grand claims. The alleged molestation of Dylan Farrow, Allen's adoptive daughter and biological daughter of his one-time girlfriend and actress, Mia Farrow, however, is something much more serious. In 2014, Dylan Farrow published an open letter bringing to light the accusations she made against Allen in 1992/1993. Though Allen denied the accusations of wrongdoing and the judge found that the s*x abuse findings were inconclusive, there are some alarming facts about the case that might suggest Hollywood should err on the side of caution. For one, Allen was already in therapy for alleged inappropriate behavior prior to the allegations being made. Two different babysitters and a tutor testified that Dylan and Allen were missing for a short period of time when the alleged assault took place and Dylan's clothes were out of place afterward. The judge also barred all future visitations citing that Allen's conduct, while not proven to be criminal, was “grossly inappropriate and that measures must be taken to protect [Dylan Farrow].”

Steven Seagal

Steven Seagal is a guy who's acting should have been banned a long time ago, but we're here to address the many s*xual assault allegations attached to his name over the past few decades. Though it doesn't appear that he's ever been charged, there have been numerous claims against Seagal for assault and inappropriate actions. These claims aren't sent in by people looking to get rich as many of them are already rich. From Ray Charles' granddaughter to Jaime Pressly to Jenny McCarthy, many women have come forward and claimed that Seagal is a massive creep. Even his ex-wife, Kelly LeBrock, said that she was “constantly r*ped and abused [her] entire life.” Maybe Hollywood should take a long hard look at this guy and just get rid of him once and for all.

Nate Parker

Back in 1999 while he was a student at Penn State University, Nate Parker, star and director of Birth of a Nation, was charged of the r*pe of a female student. Though Parker was acquitted, there have been a number of concerns raised about why he was acquitted. First, much of the acquittal rests on the fact that prior to the r*pe, Parker had consensual s*x with the victim. This, in the court's eyes, apparently meant that every s*x act that follows is consensual. There's also the question as to whether the victim was black-out drunk or unconscious, neither of which is a good position to be in. The court records are pretty damning. Add to that the fact that Jean Celestin, the man who was charged alongside Parker with the r*pe, was a co-writer on Birth of Nation. Celestin was convicted of the r*pe. Later, the case was appealed on the grounds of ineffective counsel during the first trial, but the victim refused to come forward again due to the harassment she received after the first case. She later committed suicide.

Jeffrey Jones

In 2002, it seemed that Jeffrey Jones' career was done for good. The once star of Ferris Bueller's Day Off and Beetlejuice was arrested for possession of child p*rnography that year. He was given five years of probation and forced to register as a s*x offender. Oddly, his career never even stalled. He took a year off or two and then got right back to it, acting in the huge hit Deadwood and a few lesser movies like Who's Your Caddy? Sure, Jones hasn't been in anything for a couple of years now, but what happened? Why would anyone ever cast this guy again, especially a hugely popular show like Deadwood? Let's hope this latest lull is one that lasts forever.

Terrence Howard

Even though he later backtracked and pretended he didn't know what happened, the fact that Terrence Howard defended Chris Brown openly should have clued everyone in to his mindset. This is a man who's been accused of assaulting a woman six times. First, in 2000, Howard was arrested for assaulting a flight attendant, but jurisdiction issues caused the charges to be dropped. The next year, Howard was charged with a number of things (pleading guilty to disorderly conduct) for punching his estranged wife in the face. In 2006, there were allegations that Howard punched a woman in the chest. In 2011, Howard's new wife said that a week into their marriage, Howard punched her in the face. He also apparently did many other crazy things. In 2012, there was another fight between Howard and a woman. And then in 2013, Howard allegedly punched his ex-wife in the face again while trying to reconcile. Howard also thinks that 1 x 1 = 2. If we won't ban him for punching women in the face every year, ban him for being so foolish.

Chris Brown

When Chris Brown appeared in an episode of Black-ish, people were pretty outraged. It's not even because we never expected to see him on television or in films, we probably all did. But there was an outrage on how it was done. Brown, for those who have forgotten, was charged with felony assault after hospitalizing his former girlfriend, Rihanna. He's done a number of other extreme things, all the while playing the victim. So there's that. Then Black-ish casts Brown in an episode about black representation in pop culture and how individuals should stand for themselves and not the community at large. However, in casting Brown, they're acknowledging his past and saying it's A-OK. A much better result would have come if they cast another actor as the character of Chris Brown. Then you could have their message and help blacklist this dirt bag from the industry.
