Placing an online order is not as risky as it used to be, but while some companies go above and beyond to assure correct orders, sometimes things go horribly awry.
Now not every bad online order has anything to do with the company itself. A lot of the time it’s user error.
Like these poor people who ordered furniture, but got the dollhouse versions:

Now, not everything is on the purchaser. Some companies are incredibly deceiving, which led to these massive clothing and accessory fails:
Florist sites are renowned for completely messing up orders:
