15 Figures From History That Might Have Been Aliens

Shocking
15 Figures From History That Might Have Been Aliens

Modern cultures owe quite a bit to the earliest civilizations that existed on this planet after millions of years of human evolution. We can trace our progress throughout the ages from being simple hunter-gatherers to developing agriculture, establishing societies, domesticating animals, and continually advancing to the modern world we have today. Each civilization that came before has contributed to that advancement with new ideas, new philosophies, and new inventions. However, if we look at some of the earliest of these civilizations, we find they had an understanding of advanced ideas and knowledge that were then lost for millennia. Why? How did they come by this knowledge? In fact, where did these advanced ancient civilizations come from themselves?

These ancient civilizations all possessed a degree of advancement that bordered on unbelievable for the period. Ancient writings and illustrations by these cultures depict phenomenal descriptions of flying machines and superior scientific knowledge. They had an advanced understanding of astronomy, and managed to construct incredible cities using engineering techniques and precision that wouldn’t be seen again for thousands of years. Their writings also tell of their founders and kings being from elsewhere, having descended from the heavens. This is usually translated as being god-like, divinely ordained to rule. However, what if this is actually more literal, in that actual extraterrestrial beings came to this planet all those years ago to foster the advancement of civilization? That’s what many legends tell us. What follows are fifteen examples of historical people and, possibly cultures, that might not be entirely of this planet.

15. Thoth And The Olmecs

In 1869, an immense stone head was found that was traced to an ancient advanced civilization that could be the oldest in Mesoamerican history. Called Olmecs by archaeologists, some believe they could date back to circa 3000 BCE (that’s 5,000 years ago). We know they were engineers, farmers, and artisans, but we don’t know from where they originated. The Olmecs held many principles to be true, such as a 365-day calendar, and another Sacred Calendar consisting of 260 days. The two calendars are depicted as wheels meshing together that coincide together once every 52 years. Interestingly enough, 52 is the Sacred Number of the Winged Serpent god (whom the Maya later called Kukulkan, and the Aztecs subsequently called Quetzalcoatl). Coincidentally, the ancient Egyptians consider the number 52 to be the sacred number of Thoth, god of science and the calendar (same as Quetzalcoatl). The stone heads bear remarkable resemblance to Africans. If Egyptian legends say Thoth was exiled from Egypt around 3100 BCE, did he and his followers bring his knowledge to ancient Mesoamerica?

14. The Count Of St. Germain

Is there a man roaming this planet who is immortal? Is he even human? They say just such things about the immortal Comte de Saint-Germain. His origins are shrouded in mystery, with some believing he may be thousands of years old. He has appeared many times throughout history, even as recently, if you can believe it, in the 1970s. He always appears to be about 45-years old. Stories depict his birth in 1690, the son of Francis Racoczi, Prince of Transylvania. He spoke twelve languages and some say he was Italian, others Spanish. What is certain is that he was a famous alchemist, supposedly able to transform lead into gold. He was an inventor, scientist, adventurer, accomplished musician and all-around mystery man. He was vastly wealthy and enjoyed the company of others, though no one could say they ever saw him eat. Officially he died on February 27, 1784, but when you’re immortal, that’s just a clever way to skip town, as he was reported in Germany in 1785, and then Paris in 1789, always appearing as if only 45-years old.

13. The Wizard Abe No Seimei

Abe no Seimei was an ancient Japanese wizard who is historically known to have served six different emperors. He is remembered as possibly the most famous onmyōji,” yin-yang master,” and his life was well-chronicled in history. It is said that he possessed supernatural abilities that included second sight that allowed him to live a long life free of illness. Many believe he was not entirely human. It is known he was born around 921 CE at a temple in Sakurai, Nara, Japan. One story tells of the samurai Watanabe no Tsuna defeating a demon and cutting of its arm, bringing it Seimei for safekeeping. The demon later tried to regain his arm but was defeated by the powerful Seimei. Legend tells of Seimei defeating numerous other evil spirits and demons in supernatural combat, using his vast powers.

12. The Man From Taured

In July 1954, a white male with a beard walked up to the customs desk at the Haneda Airport in Tokyo, Japan. His first language was French, but he was fluent in Japanese. Interestingly, his passport said he was from a country called Taured. The passport appeared genuine but they had never heard of Taured. They asked him to point to it on a map and he grew angry when he saw the country was missing. The mystery man was taken into custody and deposited in a local hotel with two guards posted outside. The man was visibly upset that things were not as they should be. The officials took numerous official documents, none of them making any sense, in an attempt to unravel the mystery of the man’s origins. When the officials returned to question him they found he simply vanished from the locked, guarded room. Later, they discovered his passport and identification papers had also vanished from the airport customs office.

11.  The Anakim

In the ancient Hebrew traditions, the Anakim were an elder race, the Els, who existed on this planet and broke away from humanity, primarily due to their vast differences. One difference is that the Anakim were supposedly a race of giants, ranging from 9-12 feet tall (3-3.5 m), sometimes larger. It is said they also possessed the ability of molecular condensing and expansion, allowing them to mingle unnoticed among humans for specified periods of time. It was also believed they had the ability to travel the stars. The Anakims were also known as the Nephilim or the Titans in other tales. The Dead Sea Scrolls’ Book of Enoch tells of such men who married human women, bearing enormous giant children. Other stories tell of these giants assisting in the building of the pyramids. Some say the race still exist on this planet, living in the vast caverns and tunnels that exist under the world we know.

10. Fulcanelli

Fulcanelli was the pseudonym of a late 19th century French alchemist and author whose real identity is unknown. He was said to be able to manipulate the laws of chemistry and physics, bending them to construct fantastic and impossible creations (like turning lead into gold). Fulcanelli’s works were published in the early 20th century. He was believed to be born around 1839, and wrote in numerous languages, such as French, Latin, and Greek. Only three men have ever claimed to have actually met him, all former students. In 1926, Fulcanelli disappeared. One student, Eugene Canseliet claimed he was summoned to a final meeting with Fulcanelli in 1953, at a castle in Spain. He reported that for a man who should have been 114 years old, Fulcanelli appeared no older than 50. Their reunion was brief and then Fulcanelli was never seen again. If you believe his students, Fulcanelli was otherworldy and could very well be alive today.

9. Kings Of Ubaid

It is a common belief that civilization began in ancient Mesopotamia, in modern-day Iraq, with the Sumerians; however, what isn’t commonly known is that in that same area pre-Sumerian artifacts have been unearthed. These 7,000 year old artifacts, found at the Al Ubaid dig site, depict humanoid figures with reptilian features. The Ubaidian culture dates between 4000 and 5500 BCE. Their origin is unknown, but archaeologists have learned that they lived in large mud-brick home settlements, and had developed architecture, agriculture, and irrigation farming. The figurines found depict males and females, in different poses, with some holding scepters. The strangest is these are those of females holding babies sucking milk, with the children also resembling a reptilian being. The figures have long lizard-like heads, almond-shaped eyes, long tapered faces with reptilian noses. If this was a ritual object, what was it for? Who were these lizard people supposed to be? Were they the ancient alien benefactors of the mysterious Al Ubaid?

8. Shennong

Shennong, Chinese for “Divine Farmer,” is also referred to as the “Emperor of the Five Grains,” and he was a legendary ruler of ancient China. He is the second of the grand mythical emperors. He is remembered for establishing Chinese agricultural stability and as the father of Chinese medicine. His catalog of 365 species of medicinal plants is legendary. There is some debate as whether Shennong is actually a historical figure. According to legend, he was born in the 28th century BCE, his father a divine dragon. He was considered a man of great power. He is credited with introducing the Chinese people to the plow, hoe, agricultural irrigation, farmers markets, and acupuncture. He taught his people to be great farmers and defined plants that possessed curative or poisonous qualities. As one of the legendary three mythic emperors, he is attributed with otherworldly lineage and abilities. Was he a gift from the heavens, sent to China almost 5,000 years ago?

7. The Indus Valley Civilization

Deep in the Indus Valley, the ancient cities of Harappa and Mohenjo-daroa were discovered. These cities were so sophisticated and well-planned that the technology involved for the time period is astounding. No other culture of the time, including the Egyptians or the Sumerians, demonstrated the same level of planning. Stranger still, the people of Harappa are an enigma. The city’s origin and demise are unknown; the people’s dialect is a mystery; their writing undecipherable. This Rama Empire of Northern India appears to have developed more than five thousand years ago and consisted of many large, sophisticated cities, many of which are still lost beneath the sands. No apparent temples or religious buildings could be found. Ancient Indian texts refer to this early civilization as being very advanced, possessing flying machines called “Vimanas.” These “Vimanas” were described as double-decked, circular craft, with view holes and a dome. That sounds a lot like a flying saucer to me.

6.  The Anasazi

The Anasazi were an ancient culture that lived in southwest North America many thousands of years ago. Native American tribes of the area all tell tales of these ancient peoples having connection with beings from the stars. Some believe the Anasazi themselves were aliens who came here long ago. The world “anasazi,” in Navajo, can be translated many ways, one of which is “ancient aliens.” It is believed they first appeared as a people around 1200 BCE. Legends say that they arrived by ship, and archaeologists do find some similarities with this culture and those of Central America. The possessed advanced architecture, an astronomical observatory and developed an intricate road system. They were a religious culture and they left behind detailed petroglyphs and rock art. Through this, art researchers are able to get some understanding of what they believed or saw. Then in the 13th century CE, they suddenly vanished. There was no sign of strife or disease, perhaps they just picked up and returned home; whatever planet that may have been…

5.  Yellow Emperor Of China

He was Huang-Di, sometimes referred to as “The Yellow Emperor,” and many believe he was the first emperor of China. Scholars can’t agree if Huang-Di was real or mythical. He is considered the first of the three grand mythic emperors. Believed to have been born around 2697 BCE, he was revered as the “Son of the Heavens.” Nowadays, many believe he wasn’t a god, but not entirely human either. Ancient legends say that many of these ancient rulers, the first of their kinds from different cultures, descended from the heavens and were treated as if gods. Legend says Huang-Di came to Earth in the same way, his birth signaled by brightness in the stars and then a thunderclap in the skies. He is credited for unifying China, and writing the “Bai Ze Tu,” a book in which he described the 11,520 different types of monsters and shape shifters in the universe. They say he ruled for over 100 years, before a metallic “dragon” descended from the heavens and took him away.

4. Viracocha

Viracocha, in early Mesoamerican pre-Incan mythology, is the great creator god, credited with creating the universe, stars, sun, moon, and time. Mythology says that Viracocha lived among his creations, rising from Lake Titicaca during a time of darkness to bring light. He traveled across ancient South America teaching and bringing order and civilization. Legend says that, after he returned to the sky, he would return again. He is depicted as a feathered serpent, similar to other Mesoamerican cultures’ depictions of Quetzalcoatl and Kukulkan, all believed to have been the same deity. In the ancient city of Tiahuanaco, there is a statue believed to be Viracocha. He is represented as having a beard and a moustache, which is very unusual as Mesoamericans lacked long facial hair. Why would the designers depict their God with features different from their own? What’s even odder, when Francisco Pizarro and the Spanish conquistadors first encountered the Incas in the 16th century, they were greeted as “Viracochas,” because of their light skin and facial hair, resembling their “White God.”

3. Lord Pakal

K’inich Janaab’ Pakal founded the great Mayan Empire and ruled nearly 70 years. The Mayans were very advanced and their city of Palenque contains incredible architecture. For years, Lord Pakal was considered a myth; however, this all changed when a mysterious tomb was found that appeared to hold the remains of the legendary ruler. Lord Pakal is believed to have died remarkably around 683 CE, at the age of 80. Epigraphers insist that the tomb is unmistakably inscribed as being the final resting place of K’inich Janaab’ Pakal. Questions arose when the Mexican government refused to release any photos of Pakal’s remains. Legends say Lord Pakal stood 9-feet (3 m) tall and possibly had an elongated skull. Pakal’s sarcophagus shows an interesting carving depicting him apparently sitting in a cockpit, wearing some sort of oxygen mask, working levers, with flames shooting out of the bottom of his craft. Is this meant to depict his return to the heavens?

2. The Anunnaki

The ancient Sumerians are believed to have been the first human civilization, at around 3300 BCE. Other people developed culture and agriculture earlier, but no civilized society developed until the Sumerians. They possessed an advanced knowledge of language, mathematics, and astronomy. There is no evidence of this knowledge evolving; all of a sudden they just had it! According to Sumerian texts, it was brought to them by the Anunnaki gods who came from the stars. From them we have our modern calendar, and the cycles of the sun, moon, and visible planets. They were the first to divide space and time by factors of six: 12-month year, 24-hour day, 60-minute hour, 60-second minute. What’s puzzling is that given their understanding of time, they have an enigmatic text called the “King’s List.” This chronicle says their earliest benefactors, the Anunnaki, ruled for hundreds of years each, one for 1200 years alone. The “King’s List” chronicles 433,000 years of Anunnaki rule. Who were they and how could we explain their supposed longevity?

1. Akhenaten

King Tutankhamun, popularly known as King Tut, is arguably the most famous Pharaoh. His father, Akhenaten, though not as popular, is probably the most mysterious in Egyptian history. Akhenaten was a Pharaoh of the 18th dynasty. It is said the Gods themselves once ruled over Egypt and all rulers from that point are children of the Gods. Akhenaten was the first monotheistic ruler, establishing a religion apart from ancient Egyptian polytheism. Aside from his innovative religious beliefs, his appearance has fueled theories that he was an alien hybrid, a descendant of a “God.” He is known to have had a mysterious-shaped head, elongated, with a long neck, sunken eyes, thick thighs, long fingers, reverse knee joints, and a protruding belly, akin to a pregnancy. Statues and art all depict him in this unflattering manner. No king would allow himself to be portrayed this way, unless it was a true likeness. Though we know when and where he ruled, his tomb has never been located.
