This another reason to thank your lucky stars that McDonald’s now does All Day Breakfast. The Cinnamon Melt a La Mode takes your cinnamon bun to new heights. Simply order the new Cinnamon Melts and a small vanilla soft serve cone. Open up your Cinnamon Melts box and place the ice cream cone upside down on top. The warmth of the cinnamon bun will melt the soft serve and create a gooey a la mode delight that you can enjoy in the morning, afternoon, or evening. By ordering your vanilla soft serve in a cone, you get the added crunch of it at the end, but if you aren’t a cone person, then you can just ask the cashier to put the vanilla soft serve directly on top of the Cinnamon Melts (they should kindly oblige). To craft your very own McBrunch Burger, order a Big Mac or a McDouble burger. But don’t stop there! Ask for the burger with an egg on it (you won’t get any weird looks, trust us) and then order a hash brown on the side. Once you sit down for eating, place the hash brown on your burger and get noshing! Everyone else will look at you in astonishment for coming up with such a beautiful sandwich. It’s like a cheese omelet with meat combined with the crunchy goodness of a greasy hash brown.

Well, this secret menu item is the best of both worlds. Can’t decide between the iconic Big Mac and a yummy McChicken? Then why not have them both? The Big McChicken is just that; is replaces the Big Mac’s beef burgers with two delicious chicken patties on that triple-decker bun. The Big McChicken will cost you a bit extra, but if you want a boost of flavor in every bite, then you definitely won’t mind shelling out an extra dollar or so for this sandwich. We’re pretty sure that you could switch it up by replacing the Big Mac with a Quarter Pounder or a McDouble; it just depends on your beef quantity preferences. Don’t want to overshadow the chicken you know!
8. McLeprechaun Shake
Every March, McDonald’s lovers look forward to ordering the famous Shamrock Shake (and ignoring the nutrition facts). We all know that we could get the Popsicle brand orange creamsicle, but what if you’re already at McDonald’s, you’ve enjoyed a hearty and savory sandwich, and now you want something sweet? You don’t even have to leave the restaurant; just order the McDonald’s Orange Creamsicle. To do this, go for a vanilla soft serve ice cream in a cup and ask the cashier to add some Orange Hi-C to it. If that’s not allowed at your Mickey D’s, just order a small Hi-C on the side and pour it onto your soft serve yourself. You will want to add a little bit at a time in order to figure out how much orange flavor you like in your vanilla ice cream. So maybe doing it yourself is actually better! You can stir it, keep it unstirred, and wait for it to disperse throughout your ice cream.

People tend to rave about In n Out Burger’s animal style fries, but these McDonald’s secret french fries will give them a run for their money!
3. Land, Sea, and Air Burger
If only there were a way to eat a variety of living creatures in one sandwich, right? Well, if that’s your thing, then get ready for the Land, Sea, and Air Burger. This secret menu item at McDonald’s will blow your socks off (and maybe bust a button on your pants). It is made up of a Big Mac patty (land), a Filet-O-Fish patty (sea), and a McChicken patty (air). There is so much meat on this burger that you have to put it together yourself. What you do is you order all three sandwiches – the Big Mac, Filet-O-Fish, and McChicken. You then take the patties out of all the burgers and assemble them on your bun. A few things to remember when ordering this sandwich: make sure that the Filet-O-Fish is available; at some McDonald’s restaurants this sandwich may only be available during the Easter holiday. Secondly, you can cut down on costs by ordering a McDouble instead of a Big Mac.
2. Neapolitan Shake
McDonald’s is known for its Big Mac burger, its salty and soggy fries, as well as those refreshingly thick shakes. Wouldn’t it be great to have a shake that was a flavor combination of strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate? You can! The next time you hit the Mickey D’s drive-thru at 2 in the morning, be sure to order the Neapolitan Shake. Don’t worry, because every McDonald’s restaurant in the country will be able to whip up this frothy delight for you. Now if you want the Shamrock Shake, you’ll have to wait for Saint Patrick’s Day for that one! But don’t worry, because there is a hack for that McDonald’s item as well. Somehow, they manage to fit those eight burger patties between two hamburger buns, but as you eat it, you will probably need to reassemble! Don’t forget the napkins as well! With all of these patties, who knows if you will be able to fit on the condiments. When you go on your next McDonald’s run, be sure to order the Monster Burger. If the attendant simply scratches their head, ask for a Big Mac with eight burger patties on it.
