Within the last few years, the term bachelor has become synonymous with a lot more than single, young, handsome men. He may have four first names (Henry Charles Albert David) but he is known to the world, as Prince Harry, the adorable red headed youngest son, of the late, Princess Diana. Unlike his older brother, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, and second in line of succession to the British throne, Prince Harry, has been depicted as the party, playboy prince. The prince was even photographed nude in his Las Vegas VIP suite during a game of strip billiards in 2012.

According to an article written about the Prince in the UK’s Mirror last year, “women have been a big part of Harry’s world.” Evidently, the Prince’s string of tumultuous loves begins with Chelsy Davey, but also includes a string of others including Laura, the granddaughter of Prince Philip’s friend Colonel William Gerard Leigh, a ‘shopgirl’ named Margaret, a mother-of-two Jo Davies (who sold a story regarding her night with the prince), model Cassie Sumner, TV beauty Natalie Pinkham, a rumored summer romance with his friend, Florence Brudenell, as well as a reported romance with pop singer Mollie King.

Having sold over a combined $30 million records worldwide (solo & group career), English musician, Bryan Ferry’s net worth is close to $50 million. Ferry climbed to the top of his game in the 1970’s as lead singer for the band Roxy Music, and began his solo career in 1973. Almost 10 years later, Ferry married model Lucy Helmore with whom he had four children; Otis, Isaac, Tara and Merlin.

Known today in the UK as the “Feral Ferry’s,” Vanity Fair has actually referred to them as “badly behaving, and fabulously dressed offspring of a British rockstar.” Thirty year-old Otis, is the eldest of the son’s and also the one with the longest bad-boy record including an illegal visit to Prime Minister Tony Blair’s home, the House of Commons, robbery, and common assault, of which he was actually jailed.

Otis is reportedly dating model Edie Campbell. Twenty-eight year-old party boy Issac Ferry, is a music producer, DJ and former model. 8. Mathias Lauda: Son of race care driver Niki Lauda: $100 Million

The life of racing car legend Niki Lauda was brilliantly portrayed by Daniel Bruhl in the Hollywood blockbuster, Rush. From 1977-1984, the Austrian formula one racing car driver was the three-time F1 champion. He has had several ups and downs in his career, including a near death accident at the 1976 German Grand Prix, which left him with permanent burn damage to his face.

The race car driver returned however, having further success and later entering into the aviation business with two airlines, adding to his net worth, which today is estimated at $100 million. Lauda had two sons with his first wife, Mathias and Lukas. Following in his father’s footsteps, 33 year-old Mathias Lauda is a race car driver who debuted in 2002 at the Formula Nissan 2000, and has also driven in two races of German Formula VW and one race of Spanish Formula Three.

7. Peter II and Harry Brant: Sons of Peter M. Brant: $500 Million - $1 Billion

A childhood friend of Donald Trump, Peter M. Brant is a New Yorker, whose father founded the ‘paper converter’ (converting paper to newsprint). Brant worked for his father’s company, eventually inheriting the company, expanding into publications and film. Brant had five children from his first marriage to Sandra Simms when he remarried in 1995. Brant married supermodel Stephanie Seymour with whom he had two sons and one daughter. The brothers, Peter II (18), and Harry (15), were recently called “The New Prince’s of the city” by The New York Times. Albeit a little young to be known as bachelors, the boys have already started hosting parties in the city, and are sure to make a name for themselves in the social scene very quickly.

6. Sid Mallya: Son of Indian business tycoon: $800 Million

Vijay Mallya is an Indian business magnate who has served in India’s parliament twice, and whose empire includes brewing, distilling, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and information technology. Mallya’s business tactics have not been without scrutiny; in fact in 2012 the India-Post called him “India’s worst businessman.” Vijay’s son Sid was born in Los Angeles and raised in England; his mother is former model Samira Mallya. Sid has always displayed an interest in media and the arts and has been an online and television host. He was selected as one of the 20 participants in ABC’s Talent Showcase. The Indian heir was said to have been dating Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, with whom he later parted ways in 2012.

The great shipping rival of Aristotle Onassis, Stavros Spyros Niarchos I was a Greek shipping mogul and multi-billionaire. His company Niarchos Ltd., was an international shipping company that once operated more than 80 tankers worldwide. Niarchos was married five times, and had two daughters, and three sons, the eldest was Philippos. Considered the world’s richest man, at several points throughout history, Philippos Niarchos, has lived an extremely private life, in fact there are only 11 photos of him in circulation.

His eldest son however, Stavros Niarchos III, a USC film graduate, has received quite his share of the spotlight. 29 year-old Niarchos, the heir to his family's $2 billion fortune, was apparently born in New York, and grew up in Paris, and is known for his romantic flings with celebs like Mary-Kate Olsen, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton. The apparent heartbreaker has been dating Aussie Victoria’s Secret model, Jessica Hart for the last few years.

4. Justin Murdock: Heir to the Dole fruit empire: $2.4 Billion

David Howard Murdock is an American businessman and philanthropist who took over the Dole Fruit Company as part of a larger acquisition deal (Castle & Cooke) in 1985. The business mogul eventually turned Dole into the world's largest producer of fruits and vegetables. While married 5 times, Murdock lost his wife to cancer, his adopted son in a swimming pool accident, and his son David in an automobile accident. His son Justin became his lone surviving child. The billionaire heir, who is Senior Vice-President of investments for Castle & Cooke, is also known for hanging out with young Hollywood (also for being Avril Lavigne’s ex-boyfriend), and for being an all around bad-boy.

William Barron Hilton I is an American business mogul and son of the Hilton Hotel Chain founder, Conrad Hilton. Hilton was recognized for his philanthropic ways, following in the steps of his famous father. Hilton also expanded into Las Vegas in 1970, by purchasing the International and the Flamingo from renowned Vegas mogul, Kirk Kerkorian. Hilton had eight children, and 15 grandchildren. The grandchildren include, Paris, Nicky, Barron, and Conrad Hilton. While Barron, the 25 year-old, celebutante and heir, is best known for being the younger brother of Paris and Nicky, he has received his own publicity after being arrested for a DUI in 2008, and a confrontation with ‘Lindsay Lohan’s crew’ this year. His grandfather’s net worth is estimated at $4.5 million.

Currently ranked the 162nd richest person in the world, American icon, Ralph Lauren has created an empire based on his clothing brand Polo Ralph Lauren, a multi-national, multi-billion dollar conglomerate. In 1964, Lauren met his soon to be wife in an eye-doctor’s office, where she was working as a receptionist, and the two wed six months later. They have three children together, Andrew, David, and Dylan. The eldest of the three, Andrew, is an indie producer, who started off as an actor after graduating from Brown University. 44 year-old Andrew was also listed in Town & Country’s 50 sexiest men in 2013.

1. Paris Latsis: Greek Shipping heir: $7.5 Billion

Best known as a shipping mogul with enormous wealth, Yiannis Latsis bought his first cargo vessel in the 1930’s and by the 1960’s was the owner of a fleet of ships. His business practices later diversified into oil, refineries, construction building, and finally banking. Today, Latsis’ European Financial Group owns banks in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Monaco, the Channel Islands, and Greece.

It was reported that Latsis was a friend of Charles, Prince of Wales, and had lent him his yacht Alexandros, both in 1991 (while with the Princess of Wales), and in 2002 for a cruise with Camilla Parker-Bowles. Amongst his three children, Latsis had a daughter named Marianna, whose son is named Paris. Best known for his brief engagement to Hilton Heiress and socialite, Paris Hilton (and the 24 carat diamond $4.7 million ring he gave her), Latsis has also been romantically linked to actress Nikki Reed. Latsis operates his Los Angeles production company 1821 Pictures, and is reported to reside between his homes in Athens, Greece, and Los Angeles California.
