Marvel Or DC? Test Your Knowledge Of Superheroes
Marvel or DC? The question has been asked a million times. Which is better? Who creates the coolest characters? Everyone has their opinion, but what people fail to realize is that the two companies are pretty similar in nature. In fact, they are so alike that it’s often hard to remember which characters are DC and which are Marvel. It’s the true test of a comic book fan – to be able to identify what comic book company created each superhero. It sounds easy, but it’s harder than it sounds. Sure, everyone knows that Captain America and Spider-Man are Marvel, and that Batman and Catwoman are DC. But trust me, we’re not going to make it that easy. None of the really big names in the comic book world are included in this list (save for a few sprinkled in here and there), and we’re going to push your comic book knowledge to the absolute limits with this test.
One of the most confusing things about Marvel and DC is that their characters are often almost identical. They seem to borrow ideas from each other liberally, and that can often trip people up when trying to figure out who’s who. Even the most seasoned comic book expert can get tripped up when asked the difference between Boomerang and Captain Boomerang.
Another way I’m going to try to stump you guys is by using characters that are totally obscure. You’ve probably never heard of some of these characters, like Razorback and Cyclone. So give it your best shot, and remember, no Google!
