Exquisite, timeless, timepieces are sexy by anyone’s standards. The designers are coming out with some incredible lines and models, with many of the high-end pieces looking like originals. In fact, some are one-of-a-kind. If you can’t decide what to get her for her next birthday, your anniversary or as a demonstration of love, any one of these watches will delight her.
For those millionaires and billionaires out there, don’t be shy, consider buying two. The dressier wristwatches are best worn for special occasions; to the opera, a dinner party, the Governor’s Ball. Yet, every girl needs her own timepiece to wear during the daytime too, if you expect her to be on time.
For decades, the majority of high-end watches were designed for “him”. This is possibly because women had so many other choices of jewelry to wear on their wrists. Now, the master watchmakers are introducing the most spectacular timepieces. Some are feminine versions of already created watches for men. However, we are seeing an amazing influx of luxury watches that are being designed exclusively for “her”. It seems that designers and watch craftsman now realize how much fun they can have being excessive with diamonds and other exquisite gems. Women love their bling and watchmakers have finally come to that realization.
Some watches look like bracelets where the watch is a part of the design, which comes in handy during a less than fascinating evening. No one would even know if she is checking the time. (That is not to say that she will see you as less than fascinating.) Others look like spectacular timepieces and use a variety of the highest quality complications such as chronograph and tourbillon. Interesting to note: all of these luxury watches are analog and many still use roman numerals. (Digital is still best for more sporty events, such as running, biking, hiking and swimming.)
The truth is, the choices are endless and it took a great deal of “window shopping” to find the specific pieces we think your woman will love the most. Of course, you’ll need to pull out the platinum credit card with the highest credit limit, as these darlings cost as much as most people’s cars and homes.
Each manufacturer offers an incredible array of ultra-feminine timepieces. All of those we reviewed have polished gold cases, most of them are 18-carat and they all display the time. That’s where the similarities end. Go ahead and take a peek. Think about it, if you pick out just the right one and leave it under her pillow – it might be all she will be wearing when you get home.
