14 Celebs You Won’t Believe Support Donald Trump

via wikipedia.org / via rowdygentleman.com

I have a fake tan, my toupee doesn’t fit right, and I have been known to say things like: “People love me,” and “I have a lot of money”… who am I? You guessed it, Donald Trump! The real estate tycoon has always been popular, but the spotlight especially loves him this year, and for good reason; the billionaire businessman is running for the U.S. Presidency! However, his electoral candidacy is not what has everyone talking, but rather his political interests and views.

In sum, he’s made it clear where he stands on immigration (according to him, there shouldn’t be any), America’s need to be “great” again (those immigrants are ruining everything), and his promise to build a wall around America so all their problems can be erased (and have Mexico pay for said wall since America can’t afford it… because they have to deal with all the immigrants). Of course, these are taken out of context, and surely there is some method to Trump’s madness… surely. While a candidate can have great arguments, promises, and intentions, they mean nothing if he doesn’t have followers.

On that note, here is a list of some celebrities who have been backing Mr. Trump – because famous people are interesting and everyone wants to know where their political loyalties lie.

14. Tila Tequila

Tila Tequila has shown support for Trump in many ways, either through her YouTube channel, or Twitter, everyone who follows her is aware of her thoughts on Trump. In her YouTube video titled ‘Tila Tequila for Donald Trump 2016!!!’ she provides different reasons as to why she thinks Trump would make a good president. Among these reasons is the fact that Trump is “anti-vax”, and so is she. So naturally, she has to support a fellow anti-vaxxer– right? More reasoning can be found on her Twitter page where she claimed the only reason she wants Trump to win is so she can “smite some of [her] enemies, kill the politically correct, and basically make America great again!”

13. Azealia Banks

Azealia Banks has made it clear that America needs Trump. “How,” you ask? Well, her tweet says it all: “Trump is evil like America is evil and in order for America to keep up with itself it needs him.” She also tweeted that she has no hope for America and “it is what it is,” so naturally, Trump to the rescue! Who else would love to see an image of him wearing a red cape and briefs over his suit?

12. Mike Ditka

Former football player and coach, Mike Ditka, has expressed his approval for Trump as well. He thinks that Trump “has the fire in his belly to make America great again”. Thankfully, he also admitted to the Chicago Sun-Times that he thinks Mr. Trump should probably “think a little bit more before he says things,” but generally supports him and said, “he’s on the right track”.

11. Willie Robertson

Willie Robertson, for those who aren’t already aware, is quite the interesting character. You’ll recognize him from the popular reality TV show Duck Dynasty. He is the CEO of the company Duck Commander, and like Mr. Trump, is a savvy businessman. In an Oklahoma City rally in September, Robertson had this to say about The Donald: “Here’s the deal: We’re both successful businessmen. We both have pretty big shows on television. We both have wives that are 1,000 times better looking than us. So I do like Trump.” Willie brings up some very good points. They’re all factors that voters should consider when electing the next President of the United States; career similarities, TV fame, and wife’s aesthetic score. If you weren’t sure who to vote for, this is the only logical strategy to apply.

10. Mike Tyson

Other than the fact that Mike Tyson actually used the words “[Trump] should be president of the United States,” is support towards the candidate, not to mention the reasoning behind it, is less than obvious. Based on his response to HuffPost Live, his endorsing statement for Trump is all over the place. Does anyone understand what he said? Here is the quote, try and make sense of it: “He should be president of the United States. He should be president of the United States. That’s what he should be. He should be president of the United States,” He then followed with, “Why are people mad at the people ’cause this is who the people want to be president?” Who’s mad at who?

9. Ivana Trump

This has to be one of the most surprising of Trump’s endorsements. His ex-wife? Does anyone remember when she accused him of “violating” her? Well, they’ve clearly made amends as she held a luncheon to support Trump. Ivana has also said that she and her ex-husband are “the best of friends” and that she has “nothing but fondness for Donald”. She followed with, “I think he would make an incredible president.” Trump definitely deserves some points for keeping his ex-wife on his side, be it with friendliness or huge alimony checks in the mail each month.

8. Kid Rock

Kid Rock is apparently “digging Trump”, as was seen in an interview with Rolling Stone. But that wasn’t all, the rocker had more to say regarding Mr. Trump: “Let the motherf***ing business guy run it like a f***ing business. And his campaign is entertaining as s***”. Whether you support Trump or not, you can’t argue that Kid Rock is absolutely right in his last statement; political events have never been so fun to watch!

7. Hulk Hogan

When TMZ asked Hulk Hogan who he would like to be in the ring with in terms of presidential candidates, he had only one thing to say, that he wanted to be Trump’s “running mate”. Let’s bring back Trump in a superhero cape and add another to Hogan. What a tag team they would be; Trump with his words of wisdom, and then Hogan cleaning out whatever is left over with his wrestling skills. Talk about entertainment!

6. Clint Eastwood

People were surprised to hear that Trump and Clint Eastwood had ‘joined forces’ when Trump announced on Twitter that he will be speaking on behalf of Eastwood at an event in California. Eastwood also implied his support for The Donald when he was asked what his feelings were of Trump with Mario Lopez. He said, “I think people are looking for somebody who is outspoken and who isn’t afraid. And he seems to have kind of a fearless attitude… Anyone of them [Trump or Carson] would be better than what we got.”

5. Stephen Baldwin

Even though Stephen Baldwin was fired from Trump’s Celebrity Apprentice and All-Star Celebrity Apprentice (that’s two separate dismissals) there are no hard feelings between the two. Baldwin told CNN that he thinks Trump is fantastic and would make a great president. He also gave CNN the reasoning behind his support for Trump, he said, “He’s not a politician, and he doesn’t care what anybody thinks. And that’s why he’s surging in the polls. He says what he thinks.”

4. Sarah Palin

Sarah Palin voiced her support for Donald Trump in many colorful (though not always eloquent) ways. Hallelujah, a candidate who isn’t from the private sector! Her “main thing” with Trump is that he can balance budgets and prioritize… and of course, “he knows the main thing”. Yes Sarah, he knows it (what’s the status on that wall?) According to Palin, Trump can command fire, now what kind of American wouldn’t want a President who can do that? Ok, ok … it was a figure of speech but can we still turn it into one of Super Trump’s special powers?

3. Dennis Rodman

A recurring theme among Trump’s celebrity supporters is the fact that he is not a politician. Apparently, America needs to be treated like a business, and run by a CEO, rather than a member of parliament. With that being said, Dennis Rodman appears to have jumped on the bandwagon. The NBA star Tweeted, “@realDonaldTrump has been a great friend for many years. We don’t need another politician; we need a businessman like Mr. Trump!”

2. Jesse Ventura

It appears Hulk Hogan has some competition with Jesse Ventura. The former wrestler has made it known that he would seriously consider being Donald Trump’s running mate if he were ever asked. He’s also said, “This country needs to be shaken up. It needs to be shaken to its very core, and Donald Trump is doing that.” There isn’t much to argue there. Changes definitely need to be made, whether the right changes can be made with Trump are another story, however.

1. Dan Bilzerian

Dan Bilzerian has recently created a name for himself and is often referred to as “The King of Instagram” (quite the accomplishment, yes). The “King” has made his respect for Trump known multiple times and his reasons for supporting Trump are not any less superficial than the others’. The fact that he’s pro-gun, speaks his mind, and isn’t politically correct being the main ones. Dan’s best statement in support of The Donald was a Tweet in particular. It read as follows: “In an age of p****fied political correctness, you have to respect people who remain unfiltered @realDonaldTrump.”
