12. Kate Hudson
20 minutes of skipping and Pilates is reportedly all it takes to get Kate Hudson’s flexible body. According to the Hollywood starlet herself, skipping is one of the most effective exercises she has ever done, stating that it’s an ideal workout for women who are not necessarily looking into jogging. “’I’m a big believer in doing 20 minutes of exercise a day. I love skipping with a rope because it’s one of the hardest cardio exercises you can do, but it’s so easy,” she tells The Sunday Times Style magazine. Kate continues to add that her natural curves are down to consistency. While she only works out twenty minutes a day, she tries to keep it going every single day.

Former Glee star Naya Rivera, definitely knows how to keep her body in shape.
