Produced in 2008, Ai, se eu te pego! Is better known as Oh, If I Get You. This incredibly popular hit was originally sung by Sharon Acioly and Antônio Dyggs. An overwhelming success across Quebec, not to mention Latin America, the Brazilian group Cangaia de Jegue are responsible for this YouTube smash. It was not until 2011 that it grew, thanks to Brazilian singer, Michel Teló which has gone on to record more than 573 million views.
9. Bad Romance by Lady Gaga 589 million views
The top 10 would not be right without an appearance from Lady Gaga. Known for her myriad of controversial outfits and catchy lyrics, it seems everyone has gone goo goo for Gaga. With nearly 600 million views to her name, Bad Romance is certainly up there in terms of iconic videos.
8. Waka Waka (This time for Africa), Shakira, 687 million views
Her hips may not lie but Colombian pop princess, Shakira has blasted her way into the Top 10 with Waka Waka. The official 2010 FIFA World Cup song has been seen by nearly 700 million people around the globe. The soccer genes seem to have rubbed off on Shakira, as she is currently dating FC Barcelona defender, Gerard Pique.
7. Gentleman, Psy 699 million views
Psy features twice on the top 10 list and this first track, Gentleman, has been viewed an incredible 698 million times. His flamboyant style, techno led tunes and infusion of South Korean lyrics has seen this cheeky singer reach unimaginable heights of fame. Better known as Park Jae-sang, Psy has been seen all around the world and even performed a New Year’s Eve live concert to over a million people in Times Square, New York City.

He has sold a staggering 45 million plus albums across the planet. At present, this particular video has now been viewed by more than 706 million times.
4. Charlie Bit My Finger, Harry and Charlie Davies-Carr, 726 million views
This may hurt a little if you decide to become one of the 726 million viewers that has already seen this clip. A cute little flick entitled ‘Charlie bit my finger’ has become one of the biggest internet sensations of recent time. What seems to be a tender moment between two siblings from the UK, turns into something far more sinister. It has of course spawned a host of copycat clips and has seen an app being developed as a result.

In only 50 days, Gangnam Style had attained 100 million views and has been seen by nearly half of the world’s population.
