So many first marriages are sort of low-key and easy-going unions. It’s likely this is because the participants are new to the game and we all only get that one, “first try”. Researchers estimate that 40%–50% of all first marriages will end in divorce. There are some well known factors that put people at higher risk for divorce: marrying too young, lack of commitment and unrealistic expectations high among them.
Celebrities are no different than the rest of us and many have been married early on in life; unions that just did not stand the test of time. We thought we would take a look at some of the celebrities who have been married before. We’re sure you will be surprised by many of the names that made our list. Here’s hoping their second (or third) time around is the charm!
