Anne, Princess Royal, is also known as Anne Elizabeth Alice Louise. She was born on 15 August 1950 and is the second child and only daughter of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh and Queen Elizabeth II. When she was born, she was third in the line of succession to the British throne, next to her mother – then Princess Elizabeth – and elder brother, Charles. She became second after her mother's accession, but as of the moment, she is 12th in line.

Anne is famous for her charitable work being a patron of more than 200 organizations. She is also renowned for her equestrian talents. Princess Anne was able to win one gold medal and two silver medals at the European Eventing Championships. She is also part of the British Royal Family who competed in the Olympic Games. Princess Anne was able to hold the title of Princess Royal from 1987 and became its seventh holder. She now has a net worth of $100 million.

She was married to Captain Mark Phillips in 1973. In 1992, they divorced. The two now has two children and three grandchildren. Last 1992, Anne married then Commander now Vice-Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence. She met him while he served as the equerry of her mother from 1986 to 1989.
