Vivian Chen is a Chinese businesswoman who has an estimated net worth of $6.48 billion as of July 2017, according to Bloomberg.

Vivian Chen joined her father's company, Nan Fung Group in 1981 after attending a design school in San Francisco. She took control of the said company after her father was diagnosed with Alzheimers' disease in 2009.

Controversies arise when her mother, Yang Foo-oi sued her for a trust fund in December 2010 and lost a lawsuit in 2016. In 2014, she created a plan to spend $90 million on revitalizing the group's original factory as part of their initiative to support fashion startups in Hong Kong.

Chen decided to leave the company in March 2016 and appointed honorary chairman without day-to-day involvement with Nang Fung Group. Aside from her family business, she's been buying commercial properties in Hong Kong and London.
