Sylvia Stroher is a German businesswoman who has an estimated net worth of $2.1 billion as of March 2013, according to Forbes. She is also the 46th wealthiest person in Germany and 683rd on the list of world billionaires.

Stroher is the granddaughter of Georg Stroher, the founder of hair care group Wella AG in 1981. The family sold almost 80% of their stake in the second biggest professional hair care group for $4 billion to Procter & Gamble. She received $1 billion from the sale of the company.

Sylvia Stroher is married to former nurse Ulrich Fette Stroher and they have one child. The couple has a well-known collection of contemporary German art with approximately 1,500 pieces including works by Anselm Kiefer, Jorg Immendorf and Georg Baselitz. Part of their collection is housed in the Museum Kuppermuhle of Modern Art in Germany.
