Jane Hsiao is a Chinese-American biochemist and entrepreneur who has an estimated net worth of $320 million.

Jane Hsiao co-founded pharmaceutical firm, Opko Health in 2007, along with biotech billionaire, Phillip Frost. She served as the Vice Chairman of Technical Affairs of IVAX from 1995 to 2006. Aside from working from IVAX, she also worked for Non-Invasive Monitoring System.

Aside from managing Opko, she's also the director of medical device company, TransEnterix, Inc., a biotech company Cocrystal Pharma, Inc., and Neovasc, Inc., a marketing medical specialty vascular devices. Hsiao previously served as Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc.'s director and Chairman of the Board for SafeSitch Medical, Inc.

Jane Hsiao was born in Taiwan. She finished her studies at the National Taiwan University and moved to the United States when she received an MBA from the University of Illinois.
