Helen Johnson-Leipold's professional career started in 1979 at Foote, Cone & Belding. It was in September, 1985 when she officially joined S. C. Johnson. In March 1999, she began serving as Johnson Outdoors' Chief Executive officer and Chairman of the Board. Johnson Outdoors specializes in manufacturing military and camping devices. Starting in July 2004, she began serving as Johnson Financial Group's Chairman of the Board. Currently, she serves as the Chairman of Johnson Foundation while her brother Fisk chairs S. C. Johnson cleaning products with more than $9 billion sales.
